The hospitality that workers give us up above and beyond very welcome in one of the reasons that we are coming back to the property is because of the hospitality from the people from the restaurant all the chefs, all concierge everybody there was extremely welcoming and went up above and beyond

The stay was exceptional. The staff in Djaman Doloe are all well trained and service orientated. The rooms were lovely aside from the leaking vanity top sink and shower room tiles grouting unscrub which makes it look unhygienic.

Location is great, connecting to Pakuwon Mall makes shopping easier. Love the breakfast, particularly Indonesian foods, fresh juices, traditional healthy Jamu, etc. the staffs are all very friendly and helpful.

-Could use a little maintenance and updating, there were several stains on the carpet, wall, and chair in our rooms. The carpet especially looks worn in some corners and has a slightly musty odor, kind of a let-down after the nice aroma in the lobby and hallways. -This is a personal preference, but one of the reasons I came back to Four Seasons for a second time after a few years was because of the incredible breakfast. Loved the Western menu options. But this time, the theme was Nusantara, and most of the menu were local cuisine, to my slight disappointment. But again, this is a personal preference. I still enjoyed it nonetheless.

We had a problem with noise coming from other room but once we advise the staff it was taken care for. Also parking was a problem, but it was understandable because it was Christmas and the hotel is located in the mall.

The hotel is very accommodating and the staff service are excellent. Mr. Khoiri in the housekeeping, Mr. Rudi in the restaurant, almost all staff are excellent, we cannot remember each and every one.

A bit of a concern of the breakfast which was paid for during check-in but wasn't updated in the system. A little embarrassed that they had to ask in front of my child and friends. While the friendly did come to apologise and explain that it was all settled, my son asked a few times if we were sure if we had paid.
