There were some cracks in a particular section that I feel could have had a light paint over.

Staff were great, especially a young man called Yusoff. His English was good and helped me so much with a tour I did at the Borobudur temple. A great, courteous, well mannered, knowledgeable, genuine and caring person. The Buffett over Ramadan was good.

The room is not soundproof. I could here the sound of motorcycle during night. I noticed that there is a gap at the window. And there was a mosquito!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location wise, very good. Near to the famous Jalan Malioboro, it's within walking distance. The hotel even has angkringan style food stalls in the afternoon. Very convenient.

Breakfast: Same menu for 5d4n stay. Suggestion: Do alternate menu for breakfast at least every 1-2 days.

Rooftop: Good ambient, calm & nice for chit chatting with friends. Facilities: Superb. Staff: Very helpful. Location: walking distance to train station (5-7minutes), walking distance to Malioboro Street (5-7 minutes)

Breakfast: Excited for the first day only (for me, as I only stay for a night). But my friend stayed for 4 nights and they get bored with the breakfast menu (Same menu for breakfast during 5d4n stay). Having an alternate breakfast menu might help to boost the interest for breakfast :)

Facilities: Fantastic. Rooftop: We like it! You need to highlight the uniqueness of your hotel! Angkringan: Ok for those who are too tired to spend night walking along Maliobro Street or, just comeback from other tourist attaraction (Timang Beach, Obelix Heha, Gunung Kidul, Pinus Pengger, etc)

My room window was facing the street and the parking, partially. A full view of the street would have been nice.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is amazing; so many options ( you may possibly have the entire Indonesia food culture tour). The staff were very nice and polite. Room service and laundry available. Great place for shopping as it's in Malioboro. The street is a 5 minute walk for shopping. Lots of great food joints as well, nearby. And all major operators like booking.com or Cloock/ get your Guide gives easy pickup from the property if you book any tours. Also you'll find a lot of local tour agencies on this road, they offer cheap and best ways to travel across the land and cover all major attractions.: Borobudur is an hour drive and you can reach Prambanan is 45 minutes from here by car.

A bit disappointed with the massage 'room'. Was expecting a proper Wellness/Massage room but there was none, massage was done in our room.

Breakfast was a good variety of nice food, mainly local dishes. Location was very good just a 5 minute walk to the lively main street of Marlioboro. Good shopping for batik. Also very close to the train station.

The toilet in the room I stayed needs an upgrade (no place to put soap bar in shower, toilet emits unpleasant smell) and not exactly soundproof (bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper).

The location (very near train station- you need to go through an alley to reach the hotel, very near to the famous Malioboro street),the refurbished hotel, the comfortable bed and the refurbished room, the wonderful spread during breakfast, hotel food was soo good, the most friendly, helpful and supportive staff I have ever encountered during my travels.

No hair dryer. Called receptionist but said all hair dryers have been used by other guests. The TV picture is not clear. Called the staff about the TV but no one came to fix it until we left (check out).

The bathroom needs some improvement, flushing a bit slow, and hot shower might not heated enough But overall still okay compared to other hotels in the same area.

breakfast has quite a decent variety, within walking distance from the train station like 5 to 10 min, there is a lift in the property and you can connect your Netflix to the hotel's TV. Good wifi and a very cool room. Quite surprised me because the photo in the BDC looks old and they did some renovation in interior upgrades. The room looks quite new and trendy.

Unfortunately, the hotel is not enough clean to me.

The location is in the city center so perfect position also for the train station Yogyakarta (YK), however it was quite noisy both for the street and the other guests in the hotel. The room is ok and the staff is super nice!
