You have to pay for the towels

First hostel experience in Bali nearby the airport and I would repeat again. The staff was very friendly, specially Doe. The food is delicious, I tried many things of the bar and all was so good.

Honestly, basically everything. Great staff great communication great respectful people who have always a moment to talk or to help if you need. Social hostels with free dinner! They want to see the community as a family and not rip peoples money. So everyone has a good time here and will remember this place. The beds are really comfy. Great social area with lots of places to chill. I’m happy I decided to stay here. (No shampoo/showergel in the shower and only cold shower but it’s okay. Soap available! Maybe curtains in the top bunk beds would be good, but only can tell about the 4P female dorm)

The swimming pool is small. The location is good, but it is a bit far from the downtown. It would be better if the room had a clothes rack.

The staff are amazing. The prices of food and drinks are good. Food quality is ok. Good place for socializing. Ps. The bed in the private room is a mattress on the ground, which was fine for me.

Really fun, laid back vibe. Family dinner helps you make friends, leaving the hostel requires a motorbike for everywhere except Kuta beach but we didn’t mind. Everything was clean, and everyone was kind.

One of the best hostel I stayed in Bali, staff are very nice and the hostel has free dinner everyday so it is easy to meet the other travellers. Sometimes they have live music, the music is so good and I have not been to a hostel has live music

drinking and party every night and feeling obligated to join in which after a few nights become very repetitive and not special

it's a very social place with a good vibe showers work with nice water pressure and temperature regulation (which is not common in Indonesia) cats and dogs on site food and drinks on site (not cheap but fair)

Bathrooms are in a poor state, upstairs dorms bunks are very noisy to sleep in.

Away from the chaos on the main roads in Kuta. Cheap food and laundry next door too. Staff are easy going and feel genuinely welcoming. Cute dogs to provide the solo traveller with company.

- my bedsheets were quite dirty with stains and it felt like someone had just slept inside - WiFi is kinda slow and not working very well

- dinner was really good, we had vegan options as well, the women making dinner were super nice and friendly, I loved the hospitality and it's a good social moment - beds are in an open space, you feel in the middle of the jungle which is a good experience - swimming pool and bathrooms are clean - good to socialise and meet new people - good view of the whole hostel if you get the bed upstairs

The room was pretty clean, with AC and a comfy bed. There’s a cool pool with bean bags to relax on. The staff is awesome, giving great customer service. The night events are a blast and super energetic. Combined with dinner time, it’s the perfect hostel to meet new people and hang out

It is really rare to find a place these days that offers more then what you pay for. The Housetel really has so much to offer. It has a really nice atmosphere, all the stuff are my friends now and they are so lovely! There is a more silent area where you can do a bit of work or planning; there is a small cute gym in the garden and the social area is just the perfect place to make friends/ jammed with the stuff ( they are all so talented and play instruments almost every evening). Every week there is a live music convert which is so much fun! At the bar there is amazing coffee made with so much love and different choices, as well as really good food! This place stole my heart and I extended my stay for one month here! Be careful, once you come here, you will not wanna leave :))! I will definitely come back here, I felt like home and everyone is so helpful and made me feel like I am their family from day one. Thank you, you are so amazing!
