Really nice hotel and good value for the money. We really loves our stay in this lovely property. It has a big swimming pool area. The great breakfast was also a nice bonus. Thanks for the lovely staff who made our stay so nice that we ended up stay for two weeks.

The positives - This hotel is beautifully presented and the staff are wonderful. It is extremely good value for money and in a great location. The negatives - The bed is very hard (but so were other beds in Bali) and the shower hose is not adjustable and was at an awkward odd angle.

Linen was stained and mouldy, staff couldn’t really understand English. When they made up room, linen wasn’t changed, bed just re made, they didn’t replace coffee etc and didn’t refill hand soap, shower gel, that was obviously empty as we left lids off!

The location and narrow street you need to pass through to reach the hotel is inconvenient, although it is nestled in a very quiet area despite the busy roads of Nusa Dua, the street was too narrow for two way travel. Other than that, there is nothing I can think of which I did not like.

The property was very nice looking, calm and it appears people came to the property to rest. The pool was not crowded and everyone was seen enjoying quiet time. Their laundry facilities are cheap and express, which was helpful and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was tasty and the variety of juices were superb! The hotel is also close to restaurants and facilities + the airport, therefore location was ideal as well. Despite nested in Nusa Dua, it was very quiet.

It’s a small distance from the main area of Nusa Dua. But honestly this isn’t a dislike. I’d stay here again.

Very clean, nice pool with no shade to enjoy the sun. Our food which we had delivered to the room was delicious. Very quiet at night as well.

We booked 8 rooms and one of the rooms had sewerage problems over the 5 nights stay. Staff flushed the drains twice but on day 2 the sewerage smell was that bad we couldn’t enter the room. We couldn’t change rooms as all rooms were booked. The exhaust fan was left on day and night, we had to use air fresheners when using the bathroom and we had to place towels to cover the shower drain to reduce the odour.

The location, perfect for a quiet stay and not too far of a walk to the main street.

Very comfortable hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are an excellent size, very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was super delicious. The pool is amazing, it was much appreciated. We had a Balinese massage that took us to paradise. We booked some tours/transfers through the hotel, which went very well, thank you for your patience with all our questions during the booking process. The location is good, a small street away from the main street, with many tasty places to eat, although the hotel also has a very good restaurant.

The only disadvantage we found was the location. It is walking distance to the beach, but the beach is not very nice a there are no cafes/bars at the beach. There is only one resort next to each other. So for better experience we had to take a taxi to Nusa Dua beach. But this is not a problem of the accommodation itself.

This accommodation was really nice. We stayed there 5 nights with our 2 year old daughter. There is no bufet for breakfast but you choose from three options (american, indonesian, healthy). You can also order dinner or massage.

The WiFi wasn't the best strength but you’re not there for the WiFi so I didn’t hugely mind.

I thought this was a really charming hotel. The luxury of having so few rooms means it feels incredibly private. Beautiful garden and pool. The bed was extremely comfortable with great pillows. Fantastic value for money. Breakfast was perhaps the weakest part but by no means bad.

I wish I had booked longer! Grab/Gojek drivers had issues locating the property & the road leading to it is quite narrow.

Loved everything about this property - the staff were incredibly friendly & helpful, the grounds were immaculate, the room was spacious & clean. It was a bonus having a spa & restaurant on-site. Such a beautiful place; relaxing & tranquil. Away from the hustle & bustle yet still close enough.
