Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing to complain
Super pleasant place! Not directly next to the main road, so quite and cozy. Friendly staff, daily cleaning and fresh waters, a supermarket with a large range of products around the corner, a cheap and lovely bike rental too.

Just a small recommendation, to put a hanger on the terrace to dry clothes and maybe to do smth with mosquitoes.
I enjoyed this place. Every day cleaning was made and water given. Nice staff. The location is quite good, a big supermarket in 2 minutes on foot, the closest beach is +-7 minutes. But if you really want to go to the great beach it probably takes 15/20 minutes on foot. For me it was okay cause you walk on the cosy nice road. Generally, it s good to spend time in Nusa Dua if you like calm holidays

The short alleyway to walk down was very dark of a night time
Cute, clean, perfect little quiet abode. Value for money was exceptional. Wayan was prompt and communicated so well. Was perfect for my needs for a quick pit stop

The only thing that was disturbing was the reconstruction of neighbouring house. The workers began to make nose from 7.30 am. But this situation is temporary
Very nice place close to the beach and surfing. Also many good restaurants around, money changer and Pepito. The host was very kind and helpful. Very clean place. I will return!

There was a few mosquito's but that's ok. Thee is some ticking noise from a generator or something nearby which is loud enough to annoy you at night. The lights outside also make the room quite bright at night.
Great location. Clean room. Owner is friendly.

Bathroom needs a little TLC! Rusty / slightly broken tap.
Needed somewhere close to the beach (tick - less than 5 mins walk) and close to the airport (tick - 30 min drive)

Kettle and fridge in room. Comfy bed. Only 5 min walk to the beach. Felt peaceful despite been just off the road. Good shower. Friendly staff. Accommodated a late checkout.

It was a little far away from restaurants and shops.
Really lovely place to stay. Room is spacious and clean. The guest house is off the road a little so nice and quiet. Very nice relaxed atmosphere. Really recommend the laundry and spa next door.

Everything was perfection.
This place is a little paradise a little oasis . I stayed 4 nights in the beginning of June 2024. It is so comfortable and beautiful. The room looks exactly as the the photos. Beautifully furnished very comfortable . It is such a quiet environment I did not hear any street noise or music. There is no construction going on anywhere at all. I had the most relaxing time and most beautiful holiday there. The property is very close just five minutes walk to the beach. Looking forward to go back in October with my mother and spend a full week with her there.

I was there for the conference and therefore this place was the perfect little hideout from all the conference chaos and close enough to walk to and from the conference or take a motorbike :) Really convenient to have the Pepito express so close by as well.

It's a bit hard to find...
It was clean nice room.. Nice clean bedding.. nice pillow ..very soft.. no any weird rd smell like in many places ... big grocery right at the corner.. and close to beach .. very quiet
