AustraliaThe location is excellent, beach at the door your step and there are lots of things around - stalls, restaurant, convenient stores so there's always things to explore. The Hotel also has lots to do for the whole family - photo shoot, Kids rooms, music room, and swimming in the pool for days ( they have fun activities for the kids while the adults can enjoy a beverage or 2 in the pool). Hotel restaurant was great breakfast and dinner. Though we eat out most lunch time, but there also have the poolside cafe where you can also enjoy a meal. The pool will keep the kids entertained as they have play area, water slides and if you book a Cabana you can have a day at the hotel and just chill. Its walking distance to WaterBom too and a few major shopping malls so location is awesome.

SingaporeBreakfast could be better. Hotel should consider allowing guests to charge their expenses to the room and settle payment upon check-out as per other hotels instead of having to place a deposit or to standby our card for purchases.
Loved the service and the staff. Always with smiles on and made us feel so welcome. The pool was exceptional. It was huge and the photos in the site did not do justice. The slides were a winner for the kids and the cabanas was a wonderful add on to the pool. Room was comfortable.

SwitzerlandI feel it was a bit run down. Under the bridge in the pool, electrical wires were exposed which made me a bit nervous. Love the music but at times it was simply too loud. Room smelled strongly of humidity. I understand that this is a general problem in Bali but perhaps working with some natural air fresheners would help this. The hard rock cafe sign is dammages and the building looks in serious need to renovations

AustraliaCabanas get booked easily so didn’t get a chance to experience one the entire week. I didn’t like the fact that you have to pay extra charges for a child once they’re 11 or 12 years so they aren’t considered as children. But you have two big beds to share with your little family which is plenty of space so the price would have been more worth it for the 2 adults and kids but because my son turned 12 we had to pay extra at check in. It is more realistic for the 2 adults to have their kids included in the price as there are two beds therefore it doesn’t need to be per person it’s more suitable to charge per room.
Family friendly, beautiful resort. Breakfast was great. Location was great.

Good thing was the large variety of food options to choose from during the breakfast buffet. The lunch and dinner meals were just as great too. The outdoor pools were large and allowed people from all ages to take part in a range of activities. Rooms were very spacious and clean and lastly the live music everyday night offering a great experience at Hard rock Bali. Highly recommended for families with kids.

AustraliaThe buffet dinner food at the hotel was convenient and kids eat free per paying adult, however the food wasn't the best for what you pay. There is a lot of sunbeds to choose from which is great however the ones on the sand in the middle had no shade, this would be a great idea to maybe put a shade sail up or some umbrellas for long term use of them. This is me really having to think about negatives though, as there really wasn't many!
Buffet breakfast each day was a hit with the kids. The service staff were so friendly, polite & welcoming. They made my daughter a towel animal and left in on her bed she loved it so much they left her a different animal each day. Small effort can go a long way with a child. The pool has so many sections to it, we sat in a different spot each day to make the most of the whole pool area. I booked a cabana for 2 different days, one had a ladder and sat above the water so the kids could jump off into the water, as well as getting smoothies delivered! The room was perfect for myself and 2 children and they slept in everyday because the room temperature was cool, the bed was comfortable & the curtains blocked out any light. It was my first time taking the kids on a holiday overseas and I think the hard rock was the perfect location for this.
