No diving plank in the largest free flowing pool on bali?? A shame, but nonetheless a beautiful pool to be in.

room service food was very dissapointing foos was cold, kids burger was not great and Jumbo Prawn pizza prawns were bearly visible. This was one fo the only few dispointment (May be chef had a bad day). All staff were amazing helpful and accommodating.

Nice hotel and great location, room was ok small and has a moldy smell upon entering but otherwise very clean. Well positioned and insulated can’t really hear hallway or outside despite the hotel being very busy. Facilities was great had everything you need and more. Great pool for kids and adults and the kids loved the extra activities. Amazing staff! Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good, loads of options. There is even vegemite for my son who missed it having stayed in Indonesia for a month you don’t really get them in supermarkets. Overall we would stay here again but maybe in a better room.

Thought the beers and cocktails could've been a bit more affordable. Once you add the taxes and charges on (about 21%) they are quite pricey

Had a great stay with my family. Kids loved it and could've stayed longer than our four nights! Pool area is a standout, nice location opposite beach, lots of variety of restaurants nearby and close to Waterbom Park. Our cleaner Maha made the most amazing animals/creations out of the towels! My kids were amazed! Rooms were super clean and staff throughout hotel were exceptional with experience and professionalism.

Nothing I didn't like that is needed to mention here. Maybe one thing, the Cabana's at the pool where booked really in advanced, we were not able to book one for a day unfortunately.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hard Rock Hotel Bali. We started our trip here and ended it as well, stayed 8 nights in total! Fun hotel for the whole family, the kids loved the pool(s), and we'd loved the breakfast, the pool restaurant (great pizza) and Hard Rock Bar. Staff is very helpful and although the facility is a bit dated, they maintain it properly with all necessary care. This didn't limit us at all. We had a late flight back home, they allowed us to use the facilities after checkout which was great! Also loved the Jamie Oliver restaurant!

Bed had a hump in the centre, so was a bit uncomfortable. Didn't have the greatest view which was a bit of a let down.

There is nothing wrong with the property. The only fault I can press on is that when’s it’s school holidays it can get very loud with kids. Especially in the hall ways. Had to come out a few times and tell the neighbours to keep it down. But the good side of this, your kids will make friends and keep themselves busy.

Perfect location. The pool is amazing, you can spend all day laying in the cabana. This was my third time here and for kids there is no better place.

Prices for food and drinks were too expensive. When you can go just outside to buy a beer and food for 1/3 the price we found ourselves eating and drinking out more then we would have liked too. If prices were more reasonable we wouldn't have left the place. Overall tho we had a fantastic stay

the room is facing a weird car park. very poor view, and I can hear people talking outside my room. the main pool isn't clean. a kid vomited in the pool next to us. we told the staffs but they did nothing. so we never went back to the pool again.

The pool was the dirtiest pool iv ever seen at a hotel the walls were green and slimy, there was moss floating in the water. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. We checked the pool out one more time on our final day and it was even dirtier then the other times we went down/went in.

If you have older children, it’s not really ideal as the cost of the place for just somewhere to sleep, is a bit expensive. We toured and explored because our kids are bigger. I’d also keep in mind that if you don’t have children, you’ll be surrounded by families with young children and you can hear the noise if they stay above or next to you.

So many things for the kids and adults to do. Very close to everything making exploring so much easier.
