Breakfast is amazing with a lot of options including Indian, Chinese, Indonesian on top of regular continental options. Great service, staff is simply amazing. Its a proper resort, you get all that comes with the resort.

Had to ask for room to be cleaned on two seperate days over the 4 day stay. Our room was cleaned late in the evening. Had cleaners in the room next door cleaning at 9pm one of the nights.

Great location, views were amazing. Breakfast was great so many options to choose from.

The property is far from restaurants, so if you have not included food with your package, you need to take taxi to restaurants if you’re not going to eat at the hotel.

The hotel is clean. The Garden area is well maintained.

There is still work on the beach, on both sides, which feels intrusive. You can smell the fumes from the diggers, and it can get noisy in the afternoons if you're on the beach. I understand this work has been happening for months now.

The openness and spaciousness never make you feel crowded. The gardens are beautiful, and the staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The restaurants offer a good variety of food options throughout the day. Plus, the pools are fun and the easy access to the beach is very convenient. The views from the lobby, the lookout/ observation deck, and the 15th floor elevator to go to the pool were beautiful, too. There are lots of places to just sit and relax all across the hotel. The room was beautiful and very spacious too.

The Spanish dinner were a disappointment. If only barbecue fish were added to it not just pork and lamb.

All is good. Staff Julie and Ayu were awesome. Tentative and explains things clearly. Even my daughter likes them.

The check in was in a mass I took approximately 45 minutes until I check in ..

The hotel amenities ,there were three restaurants.The backyard of the resort👍🏼I like the breakfast there was a wide variety of foods .

There was some mould in the shower, could’ve been cleaned better.

The staff were fantastic, always helpful and so kind. Resort facilities are good. Pool is great. Expansive room.

The service here was amazing everything was perfect, it was such a beautiful hotel, it was very clean which I loved from the furniture to the bedding it was all 10/10. The breakfast was really good they had everything you can think of, very thoughtful. If you're in nusa dua you have to check them out !

We had a family room 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. The boys had to share a fold out sofa bed which was way too small and short for them. When we checked in they offered an 'upgrade' which I thought great, but they then said no not free upgrade you have to pay. This resort is expensive I would recommend 2 nights but is definitely a great resort.

Fantastic 5 star resort right on the beach. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Great pools and huge grounds to explore

Check in take times. Price is over rated. Also, the food taste, price & staffs that serve at The Shore restaurant were dissapointing.

The view is amazing. Room is spacious. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Breakfast menus are super cause they have wide variety from Indonesian, western, continental even Indian. My fave is the dessert or called jajan pasar. It was amazing !

The location is rather hidden as with other exclusive resorts. The beach is also not as nice as I had hoped. But there’s a much nicer beach 5-10 mins away by car.

I enjoyed the property and its facilities.
