MalaysiaThere are only two elevators so sometimes a bit of waiting time and a bit small for a few adults with luggage. The variety of buffet breakfast needs to be improved, food are limited and disproportionate quantities especially during peak time where most of the buffet servings are empty and more guests have arrived. But again kudos to the staff who were trying their best to make the guests at ease and keep refilling the food.
Location adjoining to the mall, safety and convenience as a family traveller. Special thanks to all the reception team who gave us their impeccable assistance and support, especially Ms Angitta. Kudos to the kitchen team who are always running around & replenishing shortages of food & utensils supplies and guests we’re getting frustrated. Also to the housekeepers & security who attended to our concerns immediately. A pleasant stay indeed and surrounded by friendly staff.

FranceFirst room was having water leakage in the bathroom. They shifted me to a room which was smaller than this and it AC was not fonctioning properly. Later on, I complained to the manageemnt. Resultantly, they shifted me to the room which I deserved and booked.
The staff was friendly. The location is ideal.
