Staff is friendly and attend to requests promptly. Accommodated the request for a quiet room and it is actually the corner room with good views. Staff can address the guests by name and is always smiling. Shared Shuttle bus service with other hotels in this stretch to Bali collection. Dislike: the breakfast could be of more variety. After 3 days we found the breakfast pretty repetitive. Hotel only provided limited bottles of water. From another hotel where the water dispenser is directly placed in the hotel room. This is slightly inconvenient as you might just need to call and ask several times in a day or just buy large bottles of water from the convenience store nearby. Not a big issue overall.

Slightly expensive considering it’s just out of nusa duas gated area, massages were amazing but quite pricey. Bike hire expensive and restaurant food average.

I liked everything!

Great location with a huge pool and right on the beach. Food was fabulous and at decent prices. Room was spacious and very well maintained. Loved that I had so many coat hangers! The best part was staff - every single one of them was genuine/helpful/friendly and always smiling.

They have a playhouse for the kids and it was very clean and spacious, during our stay various big sisters like Ms Dewi, Ms Eka, Ms Indiana and Ms Lia were playing with my kids at the playhouse. The kids were so happy under their care and company. We had such a great stay as we feel we were given 100% attention to our needs and requests. As a vegetarian, we enjoyed the food and feel there are alot of variety.

I left my green sandal in the hotel. Called them couple of hours after I checked out but seems staff not really looking for me. A pair of sandals won’t just disappeared from a hotel room. Either they didn’t look properly, if not the cleaning lady is suspicious. A lot of mosquitoes at pool side nearer to beach, just a night stay, my gal & me gotten bitten abt 5-6 bites & it swell quite badly & really itchy. Should fumigate daily that area. Do bring mopiko if you stay here.

Breakfast was great! Good variety & it’s yummy. I personally liked the healthy drink in the fridge & omelette is cooked very well. Bed super comfy like the 5stars hotel type. Though the hotel is of age, they maintained well except big chipped off at toilet sink. Aircond in room very good for very hot days in Bali.

Service was above and beyond. As it was our second visit, we were well remembered by the staff. The breakfast was amazing... I miss the SALAK fruit so much :) the pool was absolutely a retreat. I can't think of any comment except - SUPERB!!!

The resort was amazing we really enjoyed every minute. The buffet breakfast was great kids enjoyed the options. The beach was perfect, very clean and calm waters. The stuff was super friendly and welcoming. Sad we had to leave can’t wait to return

Not enough service pool side

Clean, spacious, amazing location on the beach. Not the largest of plots, and only having one proper restaurant on site can become tiring. However, the staff was amazing, super attentive and accommodating.
