It was quite noisy in the hallway at times and also when they have events in the hall next door. The carpet in the hallway was really dirty. I think they may be in the process of upgrading parts of the hotel but they definitely need to get rid of the carpet.

The room was comfortable as was the bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was close to the Simloan hospital which was great for me as my husband had been admitted

Room with spacious, clean and tidy I informed staff that the room I was in was noisy (due to other quests) so the went out of there way and upgraded my room to a more quite location.

There was a discount where i could do 3 days for a little over 700.000idr (instead of 2.1 million) which is an excellent deal for a hotel like this. Because of a flight change i could only stay 2 nights and ended up having to pay 1.17 million for those 2 nights. That wasn’t the deal -.-

Good hotel next to the main road. Good service, comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms.

I couldn't use hair dryer because of shortage.

There wasn't coin laundry near the hotel, so I asked hotel staff I needed laundry express. He searched delivery laundry outside and ordered instead me, though they are offering laundry service. It was so helpful, thanks!

Very loud and noise from the main sunset road, advise; should install sound proof.. the card to unlock the door didnt work until we reported to reception 3 times then its fixed.

The elevator was under maintenance on the 2nd day of our trip. I have problem with my knees so it's really uncomfortable to climb up the stairs to reach my room at level 3 .

The room was ckean and the bed was comfy. It has bakcony where we can sèe the kids swimming at the pool.

The reception told me that I could have breakfast in the morning, but the morning itself they told me that I had to make a reservation for that in advance, so there was no breakfast for me

i dont like it at first because it seemed there were not expecting us.. the room was with water on the floor because of the ice melted from the small fridge and we dont know if the bed sheets were new because my skin were irritated from itching...the shower glass was with soap residues and it was not clean..

i like it because some restaurants and other places you need like groceries are only nearby. the guard was very nice and staff were accommodating too..

1. I did order for my family and already paid it in advance a night before my family arrives. But when my family checked in, the receptionist told to my family that the room is not paid yet. Once I explained to my family that I already paid the room and have the payment receipt, they told the receptionist that it already paid and have the receipt. After that the receptionist check the system and told my family it already paid. No apology at all from the receptionist. If I didn't tell my family that I already paid the room, they will pay it and it means we are charged twice. Better to fix the payment system and management. 2. Aircon in room 523 was not cool at all.

I was kept awake by guests hanging out in the hallway outside my room in the middle of the night. One of them even rang my doorbell and woke me up, not impressed.

Staff were great very friendly and helpful.
