We spent a month in Bali. Compare to other hotels the staff were not as friendly and helpful as the other hotels we stayed in.

It was clean. Nice rooms. Close to the beach and restaurant. The pool and the rooftop were nice.

The room assigned to me was right at the end of the corridor. Initially room 309 was assigned as my room but was changed to room 339.

Location is very near to the airport. The scenery is great 👍 walking distance to the beach and many seafood restaurants.

The balcony area could have been a little cleaner.

All the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the reception desk team (Fortuna, Dedy, Citra, Keyko and Dede). We had the pleasure of Fortuna managing our check-in and out, as well as kept in touch throughout our stay to ensure it was to the high standards of the hotel. On our departure, DeDe was equally as kind and polite and welcomed us back soon, along with offering channels of communication in our next visit to ensure it is just as good! On arrival the hotel was clean and pleasant, and despite the influx of guests Fortuna could see we were separate to the large party so came over to assist and check us in swiftly. The views from the hotel bar and our room were a delight, as you could see the planes landing and taking off in front of a beautiful sunset in the evening. Breakfast was included and definitely worth heading to the restaurant for. There is lots of choice for all diets and the kitchen team regularly keep all items topped up and happy to help with any queries. Location is ideal for anyone wanting to stay near to the airport, and feel a little closer to the local lifestyle rather than the usual tourist heavy/party hotspots. It is a classy and modern hotel that still incorporates traditional Balinese culture - we will definitely be visiting again very soon! Thanks to a great team once again!

Communication was not great at reception but got there in the end Couldn’t put drinks or meal on your room number unless you left them a large cash deposit bond at reception first

Well situated for dinner on the beach. Updated clean comfortable rooms. Rooftop had also been updated and was very nice but requires umbrellas over seating, as during the day was really hot so all people went into the restaurant there, which was very nice

Not many choices of local foods in the buffet breakfast

Our room was upgraded to Deluxe with sea view as there was an event during our stay and our supposed room was occupied. We also received a welcome drink voucher for use in the rooftop bar, however, we were not able to use it as we had other plans. Our room was spacious and nice, and it felt like we were in a honeymoon. The service was great and the staff were all kind and helpful. It was our first time in Bali, and this hotel was our first stop - the service didn't disappoint. If we are to go back to Jimbaran, I'd gladly book this hotel again.

The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. I woke up with backache daily. Hotel was very noisy.

The floor in the room was cleaned with something that our feet were kind of sticky. I therefore used the provided house slippers. For one night totally fine, staying there longer, it is annoying. The wooden door of the room was very loud when opening and closing. The location of the hotel is not the beast, as there is nothing around. Again, for one night totally fine. Staying longer we would have moved as we did not feel comfortable. The street with the all day empty restaurant made us feel weird.

We only booked for one night to be close to the airport as we flew out very early the next morning. The room was nice, spacious and it was very clean. As we would have missed the breakfast buffet, we kindly asked for a sandwich and the staff was so nice and prepared us something!

The balcony door frame in hotel room was loose and was tricky to lock.

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable, pool area was a lovely setting, but just a bit small.
