Across the road from the beach and some fabulous beach restaurants. Lovely coffee shop for breakfast next door. Not much else in the area so you need a bike or car to get around. We were only there a couple of nights so it was perfect for us. Lovely spa as well.

we paid for a pool view and a pool with a view, we got nothing there is a pool on the ground floor, so it is spelled wrong. you can also pay for a cheaper room, since you won't be in the room anyway better sitting on the balcony, at least 2 chairs

Limited restaurants except the seafood alongside the beach. No shops nearby, takes more time to order taxi. Limited towels provided and most of them are old (has been used for many years). Limited supply of bathroom toiletries. Breakfast menu needs to be upgraded to cater international travellers, proper warmer required for some dishes. Hotel only offers max 30 mins late checkout.

Close to the beach and airport. NY party was enjoyable at the roof top while staff were very helpful to serve us food close to 12pm without reservation. Excellent bell boys.

The wifi was atrocious in the pendat suite we were in and the shower kept getting cold so we couldn’t even have a hot bath which was one of the main reasons we picked that suite. Some of the staff need a bit more training as it’s not a good idea to touch your hair or cough into your hands without washing them before serving customers their meals.

The view was nice from the balcony and room, breakfast had a huge selection, didn’t swim in the ocean due to all the rubbish in the water, but the walks were great

No windows in the standard room, very unhealthy as you can’t get fresh air from outside. The location, there was nothing around and the beach close by was very dirty. The only good thing about the location is the short distance to the airport.

The staff were friendly and keen to help. I liked the 24 hours service with no extra charge.

It lacked the quality beach restaurants nearby, unlike those at the other end of jimbaran bay.

Pool is fantastic, it’s covered in shade so it’s very relaxing.

We didn't like the variety of breakfast food. The food is bland and not much option. They way they handle cold cut food is not correct. Flies everywhere. They display the food so that flies can enjoy it too !

We Love the location. One of the reasons we stay here is because we can enjoy jimbaran seafood everyday. The room is spacious but unfortunately has no view. Our room were on the corner of the building with no view to look at. Not even a garden. The staff greets us friendly and professionally.

The food wasn't very good. Lots of choice for the breakfast but not the best quality. Option for dinner and lunch are huge but the same, not so good. Still ok.

Rooftop view for sunset is amazing, proximity with the fish market and lots of restaurants also the centre with a cab isn't far. Good rooms, clean and plenty of space. Bar in the pool is also nice.

If there was any fault, it would have been the mattress. One side had a lean, but once this was communicated to staff, they sorted it out.

The breakfast was lovely, the beach was very close for walking and the room was very clean.

We came after 24h flight and were looking for a place for first nights to recover from the exhausting road. It wasn't quiet there, music by the pool started at 9am, and when we moved to another side of the building there was a heavy sounded ventilation from the kitchen, so no luck for us with finding peace to rest after the long travel. Not much to go around. Not all rooms are renovated (yet/Oct. 2023), so it will depend on your luck.

Staff is very helpful with everything, including changing the room by our request. Rooms are as on puctures, some are with nice pool view. The pool loos good and has a pool bar (a bit too loud with music, though). Beautiful terrace and bar on the roof with stunning ocean and sunset views. It has not big but beautiful and nicely designed territory with a lot of greens and flowers. Very decent restaurant with both local and international food and a good variety of wines, middle to high prices. Beach club across the road.
