AustraliaA bedside table was missing which was very annoying. Drinks like beer weren’t very cold but that was largely our Bali experience. Some attempts at Western style meals missed the mark. Food, however, was nicely presented. The hotel is opposite a beach which is very polluted with plastics and other rubbish. No one was on it when we were there. There is nothing to do or see within walking distance but the hotel is only a short taxi ride from the airport.
The buffet breakfast was a mixture of Western and Indonesian items. A lovely pool area with swim-up bar and towels were provided for pool use. Outdoor and indoor showers provided near the pool. Staff members were attentive and helpful.

United KingdomI didn't like the position of the hotel as it was near the beach but the beaches were so dirty you could access them! All the restaurants outside had dirty beaches. I had to go to a restaurant called Lia restaurant, which was a 5 minute walk away and cleaned their beach every day.

KenyaThe hotel charged me for a late check out (3pm) instead of 12pm. I sent someone who informed them around 2pm that I was on my way back But they refused. I had left very early around 4am to go on a tour of Bali and site see some of the tourist sites. I had to leave early coz some places like Lempuyang temple receive many tourists and you could stay there even for 4hrs waiting for a photo. This was just one extra day after I had spent like 9nights at the same hotel and we were like 100 of us, booked by a company. So they could have just waived this.
The staffs were very very friendly, rooms were clean, facilities were great, I liked the gym though it could be further equipped, nevertheless it has basic weights which can still help you to keep fit.

United Kingdomwe were told at check in we were being upgraded but the room wasn’t as good as our last stay. communication wasn’t the best as the hotel made an error and under charged us at check in then at check out demanded the underpayment which felt like a hidden charge. on check in the assistant said we had booked room only despite me having confirmation for bed and breakfast. this was settled after me producing written confirmation. the buffet breakfast was cold most mornings
