This is an absolutely beautiful property, you can tell much effort and thought has gone into both the rooms and the lush garden. From the comfy bed and beautiful fresh linen, to the small touches in the room. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful but never intrusive. It was my birthday during this trip and they sang me happy birthday and brought me a little cake 🥹I would recommend this spot to anyone

The wooden window blinds can't be opened so the only way to get natural light into the room is by leaving the front door. You can open the slates of the blinds but it is quite cumbersome and still doesn't let much light in.

Staff were fantastic and the hotel very special. About a 15 minute walk to town. Would definetely recommend this hotel.

This was definitely our favorite place to stay in Ubud. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. The location was great and the staff helped us rent a scooter so we could explore the area during the day. We would definitely go back to Kano Sari Villa. What was especially memorable and heartwarming was that when my husband and I started driving to the next place, the staff came out and waved us off - it gave us a very warm and heartwarming feeling as if we were leaving home. Thank you very much!

As expected from other reviews the mosquitos were really aggresive during our december stay. But the netting around the bed and the supplied repelend helped a lot. There is a bat who lives above the balcony area at night and he makes a mess which is cleaned by the housekeeping every day. This was not a problem for us, it is nice to see this thing of nature up close. But it is good to know you can expect that sitting outside on the balcony in the morning is not always possible before cleaning. Tip: use the supplied flashlight to look at the bat when you are awake at night. It is a magnificent creature. Kano Sari is not the most economical choice in the area, but we were not sorry we booked for these prices.

Our stay in Kano Sari was in the Jepun suite, which is a huge villa type room with bathroom outside and seperate living area. The breakfast is served right next to your room in the outdoor sitting area and it is GREAT. Every evening you get to choose from different ala-carte menus and the next morning a lovely breakfast will be served with a smile from the super friendly Kano Sari team. We stored one of our luggage bags in the hotel when we set of to explore the rest of Bali by motorbike and the employees have taken really good care of it. They even messaged me worries when I was a little late picking it up. For service and quality I would definately recommend the Kano Sari villa's.

Agung and Novi were both amazing and so welcoming to us during our stay. We’re were away for our 10 year anniversary and they went above and beyond to ensure it was extra special. The rooms were amazing and the breakfast was the best we had in Bali and the accomodation is near the centre of Ubud. Don’t look elsewhere stay here!

Breakfast was served on the beautiful pergola next to the pool, it was so nice we decided to eat most meals there. The food was great. The staff was wonderful, we immediately felt at home.The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and spotless. It was a great, quiet little oasis just a 10 minute walk to the main street in Ubud. The garden was beautiful.

The only small complaint I had was because the shutters in the villa didn’t fully seal, it was hard to keep the A/C cold. But overall the temperature was fine.

The property is stunning, a garden eden. Our villa was tucked away at the back of the property by the jungle and was large, with a lovely outdoor sitting area and an incredible bathroom.

Breakfast was great every day. The roo. Is very clean and the people who work there are amazing. Always happy to do anything for you. They help book tours they even have a car to drop you off in town twice a day. They resort is in walking distance to the main street.

A very welcoming hotel with a family feel. All the staff were very helpful, helping to organise day trips and taxis. The hotel was very picturesque with lovely plants throughout the garden and pool area, and also inside the bedrooms. A good complimentary spa massage, and very good food.

Everything was perfect! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfy, and the small touches such as a bag for the swimming pool, sarongs, bug spray etc made the stay even better! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The staff was really amazing and willing to help us. They even let us use another room to have a shower before leaving (even though we had already checked out). The food is good and the location enable us to walk most parts of the city which is definitely a good point. However it is the staff that makes this place incredible. Thank you a thousand times!

We’ve spent an amazing time at Kano sari ubud villas. During our stay (4nights) the team was always extremely nice, caring and helpful. The location is a much needed quiet and safe space to get a break from the hectic city center. Food, location, team are outstanding : I highly recommend!!!

Our recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. Tucked away down a charming laneway off the main street, it felt like a secret oasis. The room and gardens were stunningly beautiful and exceeded all our expectations. Everything was impeccably clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort—nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was fantastic, and we enjoyed some great lunches at the hotel too. The spa was a real treat—we had a few massages and they were amazing. This hotel stands out as one of the nicest (if not the nicest) places we've ever stayed. Traveling with my family, we were all impressed and delighted by our experience. Everything was perfect. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the service for breakfast and dinner might seem a bit slow. However, we noticed that this is common throughout Bali, so it's not really something to complain about. After all, we were on vacation and there was no need to rush. Plus, the wait was always worth it and the food was always freshly prepared!

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, they were incredibly kind and attentive and always ready to assist with any information or services we needed. The villa itself, which is located within easy walking distance of central Ubud, is stunning, peacefull, with large and clean room and bathroom that offered the perfect blend of comfort and luxury, all while being surrounded by nature, with nice views of the forest. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious and diverse, offering a delightful taste of Bali. If you're looking for a serene escape with top-notch service, Kano Sari is the place to be!
