The rooms are big and clean with large balconies. The pool is amazing, food was delicious and the staff are delightful. The hotel is in the quieter part of Ubud (which is the best area) yet it is all short walking distance to bars and other restaurants.

While my stay at Komaneka at Bisma was truly exceptional in many aspects, I found the food choices to be somewhat limited and not entirely to my taste. Despite this, the overall experience, including the impeccable facilities and outstanding service, more than made up for any culinary preferences.

Excellent location in the centre of Ubud, but set in a beautiful forest area. Walking distance to centre and Monkey forest as well as the Ridgewalk. Very nice and helpful staff. Private pool villa very nice

Everything was great! Service quality is excellent! We stayed in one bedroom villa; it’s big and very comfy. Staff is fantastic, very very helpful and kind all the time. We chose it for for honeymoon and we would like to come back again! Best hotel in Bali! Also, I higly recommend for spa and massage as well. Location is good, only takes 15 mins by walking to Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace and Ubud Art Market etc.

Nothing much. If I had to say, there is quite some distance from hotel to the Main Street in Ubud, so you have to walk for 10-15mits to get there.

It was our 2nd time staying this hotel and we came back for honeymoon. The service by Komaneka Bisma staff was really good, all of them were very friendly. They surprised us assign the same room as our previous stay, and make very cute honeymoon decorations + cake in the room! The breakfast was so delicious with beautiful rice terrace + swimming pool view. Staying here is just super relaxing and like “oasis”. We enjoyed staying this hotel and would like to repeat when we come back to Ubud.

Very lovely, helpful, attentive and caring staff. I loved that you can communicate with the staff here via watsapp messages. Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and bathtub. Enjoyed bath with candles and bath bubbles.

If I am being a bit fussy, the gym was a little under equipped.

The hotel, rooms and views were incredible. We cannot recommend a 2-bedroom villa enough. Staff were also exceptional, and could not do enough for us.

Hard to find anything to fault....

Fabulous location & beautifully situated rooms looking out over a "forest" & rice paddies... One of the finest rooms we have ever stayed in. Bigger than most 2 bed apartments with a wonderful balcony looking out over nature. All fittings yelled quality and you felt that the standards of the overall hotel reflected a premium product. (by the way don't be fooled by the entrance or arrival area - the quality is evident once you cross the threshold!). Food was excellent throughout (please don't charge extra for sparkling water at breakfast). Pool area beautiful & well situated...

The restaurant food and breakfast were not up to international standards. Perhaps they should offer a buffet, but we’re always accomodating if you had a special request or wanted additional food for breakfast. We did not use additional services as they were pricey.

The best location of any hotel on Bisma road with beautiful views of the rainforest and rice fields, with a path along the river with amazing views of the lush rainforest and many waterfalls getting close to nature. The location is within walking distance to Ubud palace. The facilities and service was outstanding. They also provided a light supper and tea along with daily activities.
