Amazing property right on the beach in Lovina. Staff were amazing and helpful throughout and organised express laundry for us with no issues. The property offers paddle boarding, canoeing and water sports included in the room price which was great. They also organised snorkelling for us for an additional price. Room was lovely with gorgeous bathroom features. Very quiet spot however Lovina in general is quiet. Nice infinity pool with beach towels provided. Restaurant is nice.

Not much selections, no bakeries, and capuccino not included but the things that disappoint the most is that they already got so many reviews that the breakfast is not good and yet management is not willing to do anything about it because it's free. They seem to fail to understand that if the breakfast was better then they would get a lot more customers, or they simply don't care
The place is nice and clean. The day club has a great view and it's a good place to chill and they also have a lot of equipment for activities like canoe, jet sky, snorkelling equipment.

The pool was fantastic, close to the beach and an amazing place for the most beautiful sunsets. The rooms are adequate for what you need and great value for money.

The beachclub has a nice view of the ocean. The pool was nice, so were the drinks and the staff. There is no noise and in the morning you can say hello to the dolphins.

United KingdomThe only thing we felt let the hotel down was the restaurant service. Although the meals we tried were delicious, a large amount of the menu was out of stock on both nights we ate. We were also slightly disappointed with the length of time we were left waiting - 40 minutes on one occasion after finishing food and we were the only people in the restaurant. All the restaurant staff however were extremely polite.
Lovely place, very clean and well kept. The pool and restaurant area are great. All the food we tried was delicious and good value for money. The reception staff were very helpful and polite, they organised us a scooter for one of the days.

Dolphin Excursion: Manipulation, Deception, and Disappointment My experience with the dolphin excursion organized by the hotel was extremely distressing, filled with manipulation and a profound sense of being deceived. • Price Manipulation: I initially inquired about the group tour advertised at 125,000 IDR per person. The reception staff informed me that two other guests were interested, but later claimed these individuals opted for a private boat. This created a scenario where I felt compelled to book a private boat at 500,000 IDR, as I had no other option for that morning. • Deceptive Documentation: Late in the evening, in a poorly lit reception area, I was handed a document to sign without any explanation. Exhausted from the day's activities, I couldn't read the content properly. It was later revealed that this document stated the hotel doesn't guarantee dolphin sightings. This felt like a deliberate tactic to absolve themselves of responsibility after securing payment. • Unprofessional and Unsafe Conduct: The captain arrived late and exhibited unprofessional behavior from the outset. He didn't introduce himself or inquire about my name, which is crucial for safety at sea. He smoked, and upon my request to stop, he retorted, "All Balinese captains smoke," dismissing my concerns. • Chaotic and Unfulfilling Excursion: We departed late, arriving at a spot crowded with approximately 25 boats. The scene was chaotic; at the rare sight of a dolphin fin, boats would aggressively converge, accompanied by loud shouts from tourists. This commotion naturally scared the dolphins away. The captain was disengaged, occupied with his phone, and offered no information or assistance, making the experience feel like a commercialized trap rather than a genuine wildlife encounter. • Hostile Response to Feedback: When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the captain responded aggressively, ,displaying a blatant lack of customer care.
Positive Experiences Beautiful Grounds: The resort boasts well-maintained gardens with lush greenery and picturesque sea views. Attentive Restaurant Staff: Despite the subpar food quality, the restaurant personnel were diligent and accommodating. They prepared homemade French fries upon my request and consistently checked to ensure my needs were met. Thorough Housekeeping: The cleaning staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness in the rooms and were prompt in fulfilling any additional requests. Responsive Receptionist: Although there were significant issues, one receptionist addressed my request for a quieter room with a sea view, which was a considerate gesture.

Ocean view was amazing 🤩 huge swimming pool near the beach, lake with lotuses is so beautiful 😍 Cozy gazebo near lakes, where you can make massage. For guests free kayaking and paddle board. Green area, in the evening they organize barbecue and live music. Nice restaurant with good food. Rooms is comfortable and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend stay in Lovina in this hotel.

Very dated facilities, needs a refurb (tv needed to be fixed, shower was stained and mouldy, toilet did not flush well, open bathroom door did not lock and handles missing. Extra room card cost a deposit. Restaurant breakfast was average at best. Felt very commercial, not relaxing at all.

Location was perfect, very helpfull staff, views was fantastic beach, ricefield, mountain and city (4 in 1). Room was clean with modern and traditional design, and make it aesthetic. Breakfast was delicious with various menu. You can enjoy the sunset with a dj performance or sunset jazz. And dolphin tour on the next day start from the beach infront of the hotel. Pool are warm and cute. I will definitely come again with my friends and family.
