Bisma is a star 🌟 He was the perfect host and gave us such a warm welcome. We arrived fairly late from a 12.5 hr flight, which was quite a challenge (energy-wise), but his welcoming renewed our energy quite well. All throughout our stay, he was a wonderful host and truly made us feel special-which we are sure he does for all others as well. The rooms are beautifully done and quite spacious. It has everything you need. If not, they surely have what you need, by request. The food was fantastic and great value for money. So much so that we chose to have lunch there twice. Let's not forget that they offer not just a welcome drink but also a welcome massage. 15 minutes to be exact, which you can top up on any massage you plan on having at the resort. We appreciate that the resort is fairly secluded and away from the main roads. Not just quiet, but also makes for a nice ride. Conveniently rent a motorcycle through one of their contacts and ride through the rainforest in the backroads. In any case, it's still central, with most key places in Nusa Dua being only 5 minutes away.

The bathrooms are looking very old and need refreshing and a proper clean. Bed mosquito net we did not use as it was dirty and old looking. Rooms generally needed a good scrub but we was happy staying in the room though..

having our own pool. fresh cooked breakfast every morning and not buffet. Do not like buffet. The grounds were well kept, clean and tidy.

This place has a great swimming pool, and the on-site restaurant has delicious food. We ate there multiple times as we were staying in Nusa Dua over Nyepi where almost everything else was closed. The hotel kept the restaurant and spa open for Nyepi and we had a great experience at both (the massages are also very good). The room itself is very spacious and our bathroom had a fantastic roll-top bath! The accommodation is also close to the beach. The staff here are very friendly and it does feel like a genuine 5 star service

The vicinity is super clean, love the greeneries around and inside the surroundings, very quiet! Room is very tidy and neat. Didn’t try the breakfast but restaurant area is a nice one. all the facility is working well. To top, all the staffs are kind and very helpful. Love the up-level of the room too, will surely come back! Cheers!

The resort is too far from the centre. The free shuttle bus started at 11 am. I wish two morning drop for 10 am and 11 am. The dam smells from my room is little strong especially when you turn off the AC.

The resort has a beautiful garden and birds chirping in the morning is so beautiful. Staffs are awesome!!! Super friendly, very helpful from the minutes we arrived. Special mention to one Bapak that helped us to purchase 3 litre petrol by motor bike. He went above and beyond to help us , thank you !!! The hotel is very peaceful.

The location is good but it is a long hot walk to everything. Luckily the resort provides a free shuttle to the beaches and shops, and a taxi costs about AUD$3 to go into town.

We stayed in a two-bedroom pool villa, it was beautiful, spacious and clean. The pool was perfect to cool off, the beds were big and comfy. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed the different options available. The staff were friendly, polite and attentive, very helpful and welcoming!

A very nice hotel in the green part of the city. Not far from the airport (20min). Very nice service, great food in the restaurant by the pool. First class massage. Monkeys were looking into the room. Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Friends had a Villa which has its own swimming pool. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Secluded, private, quiet, close proximity to popular beaches. Very pleasant staff who went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable in all respects.
