Will be nice to have live music in the evening or some movie night. To have some entertainment at the hotel will be the wonderful thing. Will be good to have Hair conditioner, slippers and bath robe at the villa . Outside the hotel is a lot of rubbish along the road to hotel and around it. I think hotels should take care of it as it is also a part of visitors impression about the place. 3 hotel can clean the area around in one day. Sad to see that the beautiful nature of Bali covered by so much rubbish.

Only thing I didn't like was the bbq calamari was very bland for my taste.

The stay is exquisite. The whole experience was great. The staff had a great attitude and were helpful. The restaurant had a good view and decent food and drink options available. We really loved the room - we had the seaview lodge and it was stunning. If you are able to visit this hotel, you absolutely must!

I liked everything.

Breakfast and the restaurant in general was very good. Great service. Pools were relaxing and relatively quiet. The views from all over the property were great.

The resort is located on top of the cliffs and the views from the pools and restaurant are incredible. Quiet environment, very nice friendly staff. Fantastic pools, beautiful bungalows. Plenty of pool loungers for everyone. The resort is quite far from the main towns in Uluwatu so you will need a motorbike to get around. The room was huge, as was the bed. Breakfast options and food generally excellent. Excellent service in the restaurant. Wonderful place to relax and unwind.

There is a very weird situation going on with taxi drivers constantly sat in the car park, I was warned by a grab driver that dropped me off that no grab/Gojek will go there to pick you up because the taxi drivers threaten them and have mafia connections. So I booked my airport taxi through booking.com and when he came to pick me up, the men in the car park started shouting at him and threatening him as we were loading my case up. This really put me off. When I first got there and had to walk five mins down the road to where I could order a Grab car, the taxi driver in the hotel car park was hounding me and followed me down the road, waited and watched. Very unnerving. When I booked the open cliff bath, I constantly had other guests walking in and instagramming it, taking photos while I was trying to have some privacy in there, it would have been good for a member of staff to help ask them to stop coming in during my booking.

It has a really great layout, with all kinds of different sunbeds to lie on, the different pools are great because if one pool is busy, you can try the other and I sometimes had one pool to myself

It’s a bit drive from the center and the neighborhood and its surroundings has a bit of a rough look to it. Pay attention that not all year around there is visible sunset in the ocean - in December you can’t see sun go down from there.

They have some kind of ban on ride sharing apps in the village and only want you to use private taxis which up charge ridiculously.. best to organise your own transport either by getting picked up outside of the resort or hiring your own car.

It’s remote but not too difficult to get to other places. Since the Resort is absolutely beautiful with great food, a five star spa and beautiful pools, you probably won’t feel the need to leave anyway! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly (shout out to Lisa and Ratih). Communication via WhatsApp or reception is easy and they are very accommodating to your needs and wishes. Definitely recommend!

The only issue is that during the rainy season, the private beach is littered with garbage, but nothing the resort can do about that.

The grounds are beautiful and staff were so helpful. The multiple pools overlooking the cliffs were stunning.

Wow this is true paradise. Very upmarket and quiet. The resort is a fair way away from the main towns in Uluwatu so you will need a motorbike to get around. The hotel provided one which was hassle free. There are some local restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The room was huge as was the bed. The breakfast options and food in general were amazing. Relaxation is the key word at this resort. The view, well that was truly spectacular. The resort is located on top of the cliffs and the view as incredible from the pools and restaurant. You really don't have to go anywhere else. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help us throughout our stay. We left feeling totally relaxed.

The breakfast is a la carte and had no bread. They charge if you want a piece of bread. The water served was tap/filtered water, and one morning, they forgot to bring us, and we asked for water 5 min after breakfast hours ended, and didn't bring us unless we paid. These small things are unpleasant for a nice hotel like this one. The hot water at the shower was getting cold after 5 minutes. Also, there is bad pressure in some of the rooms. Another thing, our room had only rain shower (ceiling) and no hand shower. We have a toddler, and it made this very difficult to shower her and ourselves:) Cheap instant coffee in the rooms. Better take it out for good.

Excellent view, two very nice infinity pools and not crowded at all, sonetimes felt like private pools, good a la carte breakfast, spacious rooms, very good massage therapist. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was nice. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Everything was perfect!

We stayed here for 3 nights. The property exceeded our expectations, honestly the photos do not do justice to the beauty this place holds. Every room is so thoughtfully designed, the restaurant, spa and the numerous pools this place has is exceptionally beautiful. You must try their spa - each room has a sea view with the sound of waves acting as a natural meditative music. We travelled with an 11 month old and the hotel was kind enough to provide us a baby cot so we could put the baby to sleep without any worries. The entire staff were baby lovers, they played with our baby, participitated in his birthday celebration and did everything to make us feel comforatble. The food options were good as well, although they're more catered to the western style (I'm assuming because of the majority of the guests that arrive there), but we could live with it.
