Very good capuccino in this hotel. The best in Bali and Java: I tried them everywhere and it's the best here. Very nice pool as well. A bit too much personnel on site if I would be the owner, but hey why not.

The onsite coffee shop is a dream in the morning. Coffee and breakfast were both nice. Staff are friendly. Place is kept spotlessly. 24 hour security makes you feel safe.

Almost everything. The room was very nice, staff were really friendly and polite. I did like that we had their kimono to wear in the room. It was quite helpful after way there with heavy rain. Also they change sheets (if needed) and towels every day and renew water bottles
