WiFi is pretty poor in rooms, and was the first time they have started charging extra for breakfast, which is disappointing. Also initially wanted to charge extra for an "early check in" when arriving 30 minutes before allocated time, which again was off putting as a returning customer.

Good place to stay, have stayed here a few times based on quality of room and friendliness of staff and location. Good rooftop pool and rooms are clean.

The rooms is small. Would like to have a small table too but no space. Air conditioning works bad. In the room a little bit smelly. Traffic jams on main roads

Nice tries for unusual amenities. It’s smart hotel. Good rooftop with 360 view . Possible to sit with laptop there. Cafe inside is simple but serves good. Nice idea with shower sit. Nice view from room on 5th floor. Inside parking is big and closed (no rain there). Not noisy but hotel is located near the busy road.

The wifi didn’t work well at all during our stay. And for the breakfast, it was quite disappointing. There was no explanation provided on how it worked; they simply served Indonesian food without informing us that we could request eggs. On the first day, we ended up going out for breakfast, and on the second day, after they noticed us wandering around trying to find something we liked, they mentioned we could order eggs. However, the portion they gave us was very small. Each day seemed to be a bit less satisfying.

The hotel is positioned on a busy route. When we entered the room, we saw some ants on the floor and a stain on the linens. There is a construction site next to this hotel, and there was a resident house beneath the balcony, so the view from the room was not particularly good.

The views from the rooftop were wonderful. The employees were polite and helpful. Close to GWK.

Starting to show wear and tear in some areas but by no means a deal breaker. When in this area it is a very convenient place to stay.

Staff very gracious and friendly. The rooms are great value and very comfortable. Bed and bedding quality good. Shower and amenities good. Great little bar over the road called little irish with great pub fair at reasonable prices.

WIFI was not working all the time and when it did, it was very slow. Beside that it was a good experience staying at Max one.

Max One is located in the entrance of Uluwatu, very convenient for any directions that you want to go in Uluwatu. The rooftop has an amazing view and pool where you can lounge all day long. The breakfast buffet is really good for the price that you pay!

We booked this accommodation for our students who were attending a workshop at Universitas Udayana. Since they had a rental car, there was no problem regarding transportation. The amenities were acceptable and they had a good night's rest due to the relatively quiet surroundings.

The biggest issue was that the towels provided in the room smelled of smoke. I utilised the laundry service in the hotel and when my clothes were returned they also had a smoky odour. The spa in the hotel was not great but the pricing was very reasonable.

Adequate stay for 3 nights while travelling. Reasonable location and in proximity to Kuta beach and Uluwatu. Good size hotel. The shower in the room was to a high standard.

The location is quite far from the Kuta centre area with a bit traffic to and from. yet if you’re looking for accommodation very close to GWK, this could be the option.

Quite reasonable price and quality; if you’re looking for an affordable accommodation and stil worth the price with a touch of comfort (comfort bed and bathroom, cool aircon, elevator, breakfast, cafe, convenient store nearby, etc), then this prop might be the answer.
