Not much in the way of a neighbourhood so few options for eating anywhere nearby.

Lovely little traditional Balinese hotel with grass-roofed huts on a well kept garden. The people who work at the hotel are also really kind and thoughtful. The area is not great, though. There isn't much nearby. The beach below the hotel is picturesque but not swimmable, the neighbouring beach -- Balangan -- is great for surfing but dirty so not for swimming. For those looking to just relax in a quiet spot with a pool, this would be good.

Couldn’t use the beach whilst we were there due to stormy weather, that’s the only negative we had during our stay.

We loved the territory, it is very well arranged and there is a nice view to the ocean while having your breakfast. Milo’s home has its own beach which is wow, it is like wild beach, we loved spending time there. We are also sooo grateful to the hotel staff, as we lost/forgot out PR card inside the bungalow, they found it later after we left, immediately informed us, they were so nice and so helpful, they arranged the delivery to UAE by DHL. Cannot thank enough for their help.

Rubbish.

A little oasis in sadly a dirty, rubbished area. The sea was full of plastic due to tourism and lack of local refuse facility. We took all our rubbish back to put in the hotel bin as we DIDN'T SEE ONE PUBLIC BIN the whole time. So sad. However, they keep the grounds of the hotel immaculate. You are asked to pay a 'donation/tip' to enter a nearby beach - which we did as guests - however, the men staffing it are just sat on their backsides smoking. Next time my tip will be "get off your arse and clean the beach you claim to look after, and I'll happily pay double!"

Milo’s Home is the perfect place for couples, families any to be honest for everybody else. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, they can speak very good english. We only had one night here, but that was a great experience

View overlooks another resort. But for $15/person you can get day passes to the other resort giving you an unobscured view of the ocean - best of both worlds!

Value for money was good. And we loved the private beach.

Nothing at all. This place is a real gem.

There’s everything to like about this property. First class food (at a very reasonable price), superbly appointed and spacious cabins, and a lovely pool. Excellent communication with host who was always quick to respond to questions.

Loved this place . It was far enough away to be quiet but close enough to the city if you wanted to go out. Amazing place wonderful staff. Would definitely come back.

We have nothing to complain about.

The stay was fantastic. Milos Home is a wonderful place. The staff is so welcoming and there is love in every detail. The view of the sea every morning with a very tasty breakfast was the highlight. It is an oasis of well-being and relaxation. You can quickly reach the surrounding beaches and places to visit by scooter.

Lots of noisy cats during the night and loud fireworks from nearby hotels.

The beach in front of the hotel and good massages. It was also close to the Rock Bar. Very good Nasi goreng.

It's far from the town, beach and any shopping area. But this might not be a disadvantage if you want a romantic quiet place. The breakfast is limited to 4 options

We loved everything.

We loved Milo’s home! In a quiet and peaceful location, stunning views, lovely pool- it was perfect for our family. The food was yummy. We had massages in our room and they organised for our clothes to be laundered. Staff were friendly and professional. Great value for money. We 100% will stay again.
