The bathroom was a bit dated, shower was fine but the bath was all rusted up and a lil stained so I unfortunately didn't get to enjoy one this time. There were also a lot of little midgie/mosquito things flying around the bedroom at night so perhaps could provide a plug in repellent diffuser or zapper of some sort..

The staff were all so nice and friendly, villa was a great size for 2 of us. I loved the big bed and comfy pillows. We had a private pool in our villa and it was a decent size and depth to have a nice cool down swim every day, lounges were great to lay on after too. Food was pretty good too. Over all we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

There isn't actually anything that I didn't like.

The one bedroom villa was spacious with a great sized pool. The staff at the resort make the stay, they are wonderful. The restaurant has a good range of food on the menu. Everything at the resort is just so easy. The location in the heart of Seminyak is great. There are so many great restaurants within a short walk.

So close to the street, loud at night from traffic.

Room and bathroom is good, a lot of space, well decorated. Big bed and comfortable pillows, sheets. Location is good, not to far Seminyak Village.

The hotel has a safe walking path to access the side road leading to Seminyak's main street, but it was closed during my stay. It would be great if they opened it, as it would be much safer for guests. The road in front of the hotel has uneven terrain and no sidewalk, so you have to walk in the busy street.

Very nice hotel, just a short walk from Seminyak's main street. Comfortable bed, and the breakfast offered many options to choose from. The swimming pool area is a must—beautiful setting, great pool, and a jacuzzi as well.

- very friendly, helpful staff - we could checkout 1 hour later free of charge, because a doctor needed to visit us. They called a doctor for us. - very nice and beautiful villa - the neighbourhood and breakfast were ok, nothing special - if you don't like geckos, then a villa isn't something for you, since the bathrooms are open and geckos can get in the rooms (this is normal for Bali)

Bit too far from main strip. Difficult to walk from hotel as on long, straight road which cars and scooters go quite fast and so felt a bit dangerous walking, especially at night.

Villa good but requires some maintenance. Pool terrific, staff lovely.

Beautiful facility! Breakfast was great. Super amazing staff. This staff helped me when my son and I were sick. I will forever be grateful for their acts of kindness and hospitality. It was convenient to be able to text the staff, order room service, and ask for help when we needed it. They were always helpful with directions, doctor recommendations and helping with anything that concerned us. Best place we stayed at in Bali. Would come again. Don’t forget to ask to feed the fish!

Staff misplaced the hair dryer and tried to blame us of stealing a $20 item. They need to check honesty of their internal staff before blaming the customers. It was a shameful act and I would ask booking.com to look into this seriously.

I guess it’s just the culture in Bali, but staff stood around our room waiting for us to tip them and wouldn’t leave until we did. Personally found this a bit strange and uncomfortable, felt forced to tip staff. Probably wouldn’t return for this reason.

Good location and the villas were absolutely gorgeous, and could get room service delivered which was amazing.
