Can be noisy from streets but that didn’t bother us at all, it may others though. Step out of pool access room can be a little difficult and the tiles are very hot during the day, had to put a towel down getting in and out. Also little shade in pool but that didn’t bother us, just went under the tree but could see if it was very busy it would be difficult with lots of people in the pool. Pool was warm but no complaints from us. Room service menu is a little small but good food.

Clean, friendly staff, alleyway to the beach is very convenient. Great room cleaning everyday, we stayed with a young baby and they were very good with taking bin out each etc. pool access room is great.

Great location with a fab cut through lane way to access the beach, pool access room is worth the little extra $ Staff were so kind and helpful, drinks and food poolside were great and can order via an app or pressing a buzzer. Beds were comfortable and pillows were better than mine at home! The hotel was clean and modern - such an amazing week at Ossotel!

The pool was too hot and not refreshing.

Staff friendly. Love the fact the Breakfast as A La Carte and can choice your own and was very affordable. Rooms Clean and big. Like fact could get straight in pool. Back access for Beach was excellent.

I didn't have any issues at all, my stay was perfect from the start till the end.

From when I arrived to when I left, it was everything that I could have wanted. The staff were all excellent. Room service was excellent too. Romeo's restaurant was really nice, breakfast, lunch and dinner were also brilliant. My pool access room was better than I was expecting. My room was very big and huge shower too :) Laneway walkthrough access to the beach was so handy to use. Will be back again

Pool was a great temperature, room was lovely, great staff. We had pool access room but plenty of loungers for those that do not. Quiet room we would stay here again. Room was modern and bed very comfortable. For what we paid value was excellent. Restaurant on site had lovely food too.

Stayed in a room with pool access. On the opposite side were two day beds that looked across straight into our room. This is not a complaint and may not bother some. If I was to stay again I would book a room upstairs with a balcony for a little more privacy.
