The laundry costs were higher than expected, making it difficult to use the service.

I was pleased to find that all the staff greeted me brightly and were very kind. While both of us were suffering from upset stomachs due to eating something wrong, they actively stepped in to help. When we were feeling better, they even invited us to a meal and treated us to a wonderful dining experience, leaving us with very fond memories.

Everything was just amazing! Apart from the resort, which was absolutely stunning and the facilities, what really stood out was the fantastic staff and the human touch, which made a huge difference and stood out from other hotels and resorts. Their service was always with a genuine smile, and they were ever ready to assist and go over and above to help. The food was absolutely delicious. The buffet was amazing and had an amazing mix of cuisines. They also catered to our specific requests apart from the buffet. It was so nice to meet the executive chef who walked around the restaurant chatting with guests, yet again making you feel special and welcome. We loved our room and the views were fantastic! The swimming pool and the pool bar was awesome! The spa facilities were great and the massage was excellent! Will definitely be back!

Nothing, everything was amazing.

Everything was absolutely amazing, starting with the people who were so welcoming. The pool is stunning as promised with breathtaking views of the jungle. The breakfast is one of the best we have had (ever) with fresh products including home made sourdough selections and plenty of choices for everyone. We also went on one of the excursion planned by the hotel, both the driver and the guide were amazing and we had a fantastic time despite of the rain. They have an animal garden where the kids can feed the goats and cows. They also have times during the day were the kids can feed the hundred Coi carps. The SPA is also gorgeous with very nice treatment options.

could have been more food options. the bbq was a little overpriced although i guess you are paying for the exceptional view. in general perhaps a few more activities for the grown ups but that didn't take away from the blissful experience

Nothing to dislike. This is a part of heaven on earth.

Infinity Pool was as if you are in heaven, overlooking a green forest with a little mist covering the trees. Breakfast on the Club level also was super with an extraordinary view. The room was a perfect pace to return to and overlooking great scenery that surrounds the hotel from all sides. The Spa was an extraordinary experience to me and my partner. Unforgettable experience.

Beautiful resort with spectacular views and authentic Balinese architecture. Service was superb and the food even better. Although it’s a bit more remote, we didn’t need anything that the hotel didn’t cater for. If you’re after tranquility to recharge your batteries, this is the place for you. We cannot wait to return.

Thursday’s seem to be a day where the staff change over. The service was exceptional, and the staff remember your name. However on Thursday’s, it seems that many staff rotate out for time off. The staff that rotate in aren’t nearly as well trained. The only day of average food was on that day.

I have travelled to resorts all over the world. This resort was exceptional in every sense. Many times the pictures look better than what you see in person. Yet I truly have to say that the resort is far better than any of the pictures. Don’t think twice. Book this place. It will be incredibly memorable. It feels like a sanctuary in the middle of the jungle. Just incredible. You can walk down to the river through the jungle as well. What a great experience.

The drive to Padma was an hour away, but worth it once you arrive.

Outstanding 3 night stay enjoyed by all family members. We loved the resort, the amazing selection at breakfast, all staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the pool was perfect temperature and clean rooms and very comfy beds. Plenty to do at the resort with kids at the kids club and there is also a cute animal farm!

The property was exceptionally clean. The staff was beyond friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met. I also felt extremely safe. The list is endless. It was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t travel with children, but I also appreciate all the activities the resort has for the kids. The food was amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely book here again.

Not much to say here, except about the shuttle service which I have mentioned above.

This was an amazing hotel, one of the best I have stayed in, the room was very nice and a very good size (larger than some of the European hotel rooms) with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Breakfast was varied and catered for all nationalities particularly from the southeast asian countries which was interesting. The swimming pool was breathtaking and a nice touch to have it heated, as I suspect this part of Bali does get quite cold during the nights and it was nice that it was available until 21:00 hours. The choice of restaurants was limited, but understandable and with Main Ubud town centre nearly 45 minutes away it was an easy choice to eat at the hotel sometimes. There is a shuttle to Ubud 4 times a day if I remember rightly with a return also 4 times a day, of which the last trip is at 19:00 hours. I think it would be nice if there was maybe one more at 21:00 or 22:00. All in all a beautiful and relaxing stay at the Padma and most definitely will stay here again if I return to Bali.

The location of the hotel is inconvenient, we need more frequent shuttle bus; so we can explore more of ubud centre; otherwise you need to have two shuttle buses run at the same time

The resort isn’t in a great location. It is too far away from downtown Ubud, another hour drive in traffic. The food was mediocre at the restaurant, including the free breakfast. Sorry to say the best thing I had at the buffet was their homemade jams. Even the Indonesian and Balinese food was not good. We tried the Puhu restaurant for dinner and it was decent but nothing was memorable. The desserts were the best.

The grounds are immaculate and very well organized. It was situated a top a jungle but there were no nasty bugs or mosquitos. I was really impressed with the extra activities and facilities that the resort offered. There is a petting zoo with animals and fishing activity. If you catch any small fish you can feed it to the otter. The animals looked very well taken care of and respected except the otter who looked lethargic (and possibly blind!!). I loved the agroforestery garden, where tons of exotic fruits and plants were cultivated. The jogging trail that leads to the stream and bamboo forests were also super nice. The pool is pretty much like pictured but can get somewhat crowded. There is an amazing view of the forest canopy from the balcony of the restaurant. You need to book a spot to be able to sit there. The bed and linens were the most comfortable and the AC was American quality, very cold. The soaps smelled great like spa lavender. This hotel was very up to western standards, for sure a 5 star hotel that would cost over $1,200 a night in the US for the extra facilities they are offering.

Only thing is, if you do want to travel into town - complementary bus service takes about 45minutes one way. It’s a great service offered by the hotel.

Amazing resort, quiet and isolated, perfect for relaxing and getting away from the busy life. The staff are fantastic, loved all the little towel animals the room service staff left, it made my daughter’s day.

Nothing, I will definitely come back again.

Parma resort has nature around it and within it. It has great amenities and many activities to do. It has a beautiful track that leads to a bamboo forest and to a river. It’s very serene in the early hours of the morning. They offer yoga classes and rice field cycling trips for free. The room was very clean. In fact, they clean it twice a day! The pool is big and heated with an amazing view.
