Its far from Ubud, but you can't change it. If you want to go to Ubud there is a free shuttle bus.

Amazing hotel with amazing amenities. Really enjoyed it. You can go to the hotel and spend 1 week without leaving a hotel at all. Room with a view of a jungle is worth it.

Everything was great except one incident at the pool restaurant, My wife and I went for swim at the pool then ordered two juice drinks. As we were swimming, we didn’t carry the wallet with us, the lady who got the bill for us asked for the room number to add the bill on our account, she returned back and said sorry you have to pay either by cash or card. I had to sent my wife to the room to bring my wallet and I had to wait nearby so they can secure that my wife will come back with the wallet. That’s definitely gave us a feeling of being considered as untrustworthy.

Well! Padma Resort stay was the best in our Bali trip. We stayed in 5 resorts across 10 days and Padma resort steals the prize. This resort is massive with all the facilities you need to pamper you to the core. Great rooms, Amazing Spa, temperature controlled pool, Kids activity area, kids pool (which is also temp controlled), brilliant staff, over the cloud food and the list goes on! We travelled with an infant and the room was all ready with a baby cot. The management went an extra mile to keep baby shampoo, baby soap, baby hair lotion and baby bath tub toy! My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her "baby turtle" toy and had an emotional connect with it at the end of the stay LOL. The staff were great! (How can literally everyone be so good!). The breakfast spread at the Puhu was brilliant (we are vegetarian and we had great options too). The chef got to know we are vegetarians with an inclination to Indian food and everyday (for 3 days), something special (Indian) was served to us along with buffet breakfast! The masala tea was the best too. Both my wife and I had a 60min massage at their spa and it was refreshing. Such a great massage with on-point technique is a rarity. We took turns for the massage as we had to take care of our infant and the kids play area helped heaps. My baby daughter enjoyed the fish feeding sessions on all days. We had registered ourselves for a cupcake making session (at extra cost) and it was worth it. The "Junior Chef" certificate became my daughters first ever! :D The best part was when we left our daughter's chef hat and certificate behind, Padma resort butler was kind enough to send it all the way to Nusa Dua at no cost. It is really hard to beat this kind of customer centric service. We dint want to leave the resort even for sightseeing but, cannot help doing some sightseeing when in Bali :)

Outstanding hotel in a beautiful remote regional location. The staff couldn't do enough for us. I got Bali belly the day before I arrived and the attention I got was fantastic. A bunch of flowers were delivered to me saying get better soon and to ask for anything. My daughter who is a fussy eater said the food was amazing
