Everything was amazing, my only concern was that the pool water was too warm. When it’s warm outside, you want your go into the pool to cool off and I couldn’t do that.

I loved our stay with Melia. The kindness and friendliness of all staff is beyond words. Each and every one was extremely lovely and willing to help. Our room was clean and very well attended too. The breakfast buffet was sensational, one of the highlights of my stay. Can’t wait to return again one day.

Resort is dated - but understand rennovation works are imminent. Pool area is a bit boring for younger children. Table allocation during breakfast is a little chaotic and overwhelmed.

Best part was the resort's location right next to Bali Collection - we went there daily for dinner. Beach was not a pristine sandy beach but plenty of interest for young children. Staff were very friendly and helpful, with kids' club well organised.

Restaurants ordinary and expensive compared to outside. I would not recommend the in-house restaurants. Bathroom is very tired and needs renovating. Main pool is very noisy and full of kids screaming, okay for young families. Would recommend either The Level (adults only pool) or the lagoon suites for access to a quieter, more relaxing space.

Beach good and breakfast good. Very nice lagoon pool attached to our lagoon suite. Room very nice, showers very good pressure and plenty of hot water.

The pool access was quite difficult for an amputee. The beach ramp areas were too slippery for him to be able to enter on crutches. He managed to get out using the ladders, but the rails on the ladders were quite low at the top which made it difficult for him to pull himself out of the water and back into his wheelchair. There is barely room between the foot of the bed and the tv cupboard to be able to pass through with a wheelchair. Bathroom shower area was very good with rails and a fixed stool.

The staff were exceptional! My husband is in a wheelchair and they did everything they could to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Buffet was excellent. Bed comfortable and great air conditioning.

The rooms for a family were not as expected, old, tired and a very small bathroom for very tall family, I was surprised that there was no stand alone shower and even if over the bath it was not very good, the space was small.

The rooms are pretty small and lack luxury especially for the price. We stayed else where in Bali and the rooms were half the price felt much more luxurious and spacious.

The facilities at the Hotel like the Beach, The Restaurants, The Pool are breathtaking.

It would be great to see filtered water stands around the property to easily refilled water bottles. I found it cumbersome to always ask for/wait for the complimentary glass water bottles.

Lovely authentic Balinese style. Clean and well appointed. Unfortunately upon arrival I came down with a bad virus. The hotel’s onsite dr paid a room visit and was so thorough, kind and helpful. I was diagnosed with Influenza A and given antibiotics and other meds. Whilst my trip didn’t go to planned it was so helped enormously by the kind staff at Melia who called on my regularly and dropped tea, and get well soon cards. My kids loved the buffet, the pool and the kids club. It will be great to see it again after the renovations because some aspects were a little old but it didn’t bother us. The kids club staff were so lovely and attentive.

When we arrived there was a cockroach in the room, and no complimentary water. Bathrooms dated making them look a little unclean. Limited access to sun-lounger at beach and pool. Guests save them with towels from early morning and do not return to them for hours. There is signage stating that staff will remove them after 30 minutes however this NEVER occurred. Staff were non-existent around the pool and at beach, which also made it difficult to be served food and beverage. Whilst we enjoyed our stay, we wouldn't book here again.

Nice beachfront location, that is also a close walk to town, shops and restaurants. Room was quiet however we were located away from main walkways. Overall quite clean. Beach was nice to swim at. Pool was very busy. If your looking for a child free/quiet stay - this isn't the place for you. Breakfast was tasty and restock regularly. Staff were friendly.
