We had to leave before the breakfast service opened in the morning so we were supplied breakfast boxes - an unripe banana and pretty awful pastries - no one wanted to eat them.

Quiet location , basic family room, which was adequate for an overnight stay not far from the airport.

Shower was hot and cold and made a mess in bathroom, mini bar never restocked, room was a bit close to kitchen/restaurant

Slightly outdated. Air con were noisy but other than that it was excellent

Location and staff were excellent. Pool was very nice and a good size. Breakfast was ample and well presented. Only 200 metres to the beach which seemed to be the best area to swim. Quiet end of Sanur’s main area which was good also

Air con leaked all through roof and over floor, taps were broken so couldnt use shower, have bad knees and were on the 3rd floor.

It’s not that I didn’t like, asBathrooms are clean and are vintage style majestic but needs in future some upgrades in the wet areas of the rooms.

Excellent location, shopping and beach, Villa is secure, friendly staff, pool area nice n easy access. Older style resort, very clean with authentic Balinese established gardens and buildings. Beautiful vibe.

The staff were rude and were not accommodating had told them weeks in advance that we will be arriving 2 hours before check in and they could have organised something for us. Was willing to pay extra it was a long flight and we were tired. Also rooms had bugs constantly getting bitten each night.

We had direct pool access in the ground floor and other guests are quite noisy no consideration early morning or late night coming and going similarly everyone passed our room and other guests stood outside our door chatting and letting g their kids jump around squealing at 6.15am with no consideration for other people. Keep quiet signs may helpful. The breakfast although plentiful isn’t particularly tasty - fruit was warm and bruised, toast was either burnt or soggy, pasties are stale. But for what we paid it was acceptable.

No fans in the lobby. Bathroom/ toilet could have been cleaned better. Expensive food and drink for taste/ portions ESPECIALLY breakfast. If higher prices are going to be charged then the quality needs to be better to match nearby cafes

Pool area could benefit from more and larger umbrellas and from new cushions on the sun lounges.

The hotel is in a great central location halfway between Jalan Tamblingan and the beach. Lovely clean and spacious room, well decorated with garden and pool outlook. The hotel is built on quite a compact sight but the gardens and hotel design give it a lovely ambiance. A la carte breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. A special call out to Monica at reception whose bubbly personality, outstanding English and helpfulness make her a real asset to this hotel.

Bad smell in the bathroom from the drain, but I guess is common in Bali. Breakfast a bit meh, continental style. I would probably not include next time.

Good location close to the beach and main st. Bed super comfy and amazing aircon. Very friendly and helpful staff. They’re amazing with kids!! Feby is the best! Cute decor- old Bali style. A lot of different ponds with koi fish

I had problems with my room being 3rd floor, with a bad knee and sweltering heat it became an issue some days.

The pool was warm. Not refreshing at all in the Bali heat.

No lifts. We were on floor 3. For normal day this was ok but it was hard carrying luggage.

Beautiful hotel, lovely pool and lots of water features around making it feel cool. Our room overlooked the pool and had a large balcony to sit out. Food (breakfast) was good. Very close to beach.

The resort was more run down from when I used to stay there, especially the rooms.

I liked the friendly staff and how convenient it was to the beach, restaurants and shops in Sanur.

Rooms need to be maintained in a better way. All our doors did not align properly so there were gaps which meant bugs could get in.

Rooms need some updating. Our bathroom tap would not turn off at first, when fixed it was still hard to turn off. There were gaps in the doors so insects would come in & bathroom door would not close

The foyer is stunning the water waterfall and koi fish. Wow Surrounding gardens made it feel like you were in a balinese rainforest, so peaceful. But walkout onto the laneway and you are only 15m from cafes,shops and restaurants. Turn the opposite way and you are 30m from beach and boardwalk. Great for a walk or bike ride Rooms are a great size and immaculately clean. Staff 👌❤️
