Great location - close to the beach and eateries around. Awesome garden, quiet property to chill in. Liked their breakfasts - very chill start of the day. Villa itsels is lacking of Balinese charm - just plain room as in many other standard hotels. Rooms needs heavy refurbishing. Bathroom is terribly awkward and not safe at all. No curtains so showers spreads everywhere and it is slippery. Pool is nice, but needs reparation - some sharp broken ceramic tiles were dangerous.

Showing its age a little, not all the power points were functioning, minor leak in the roof.. no show stoppers, just a little more maintenance required..

I would like mats at the door of both entrances to the rooms

The whole place was wonderful, the staff, the property is great value for money and the size of the individual rooms is fantastic. The other bonus to us was the proximity to all that Sanur offers.

Ordered room service once which was ok but not great. Very small servings and no flavour.

Older style hotel with beautifully clean rooms. Very comfortable bed and big soft pillows. Looking out to a private pool which was the perfect size . The villa and the entire hotel complex are surrounded by incredible gardens. The breakfast was more than generous with an abundance of food. Staff were really friendly. A lovely peaceful hotel. Will be back 😊

There was nothing I didn't like. In fact during my stay my shower had no hot water when I arrived but they got to work on it straight away and offered me alternatives to minimise the impact.

The staff were trained to work efficiently and minimise eye contact with you when sitting out by the poolside minimally dressed so we're very respectful. Always very helpful and polite. The food was very well presented and fresh produce.

Having to leave

The staff were exceptional. We loved our villa and private pool so much we didn't feel the need to venture out much other than to eat. Food including breakfast was excellent. Service in the restaurant and room service very efficient. Great food choices and such great value for money. Lovely clean room. Never used the main pool, but it was very pretty. The gardens were beautifully maintained. We felt very sad to leave after our stay. Location is great. Close to the beach and array of eating places. Also the main road was only a couple of minutes walk with even more choices.

Traffic on Bali can be a nightmare so plan for crossing to the other side or to Uluwatu to take upwards of 2 hours. Going north to Ubud is faster.

We stayed in a very comfortable 1 bed private resort, with our own villa and private pool. While inviting we didn't use the main pool or any spa facilities so can't rate these. The restaurant does great breakfasts. You are 5 minutes walk to a family friendly beach directly in front of the Hyatt complex.

There was really nothing I didn’t like. But my toilet seemed to not want to flush properly.

Just everything was amazing. The privacy of the pool was great very high walls . I loved the step that had spa jets in it. The pool is a great depth and a nice size to really relax in. Breakfast was amazing. With a touch of a call button you had beautiful staff waiting to serve you. The room was very spacious and comfortable. But I would have like to have had a comfy chair or small sofa 🛋️. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Having to leave

The staff were so kind, warm and friendly. The villa and private pool meant we didn't need to venture out often. The breakfast was superb. We ate a few times at the resort and the food and value for money was excellent. Close to the beach and array of restaurants and bars. Also close to main road with shops and restaurants.

We thought this was a adults only accommodations, but could hear the kiddos screaming and whining next to us. We understand fully that need a place to play and be kiddos, but we didn't anticipate little one next us. The rooms are not sound proof.

Great breakfast and we had a private pool which we enjoyed very much! It was extremely close to beach without all the chaos. I would definitely stay here again! Nice clean, huge bathroom!

Bathtub was very deep with no handrail for safety purposes but I showered in the outside shower which had great pressure and secluded.

Own personal pool and outdoor shower was fantastic. Breakfasts were wonderful and the staff were always willing to help. Great location near some fantastic restaurants and shopping.

Lighting in room wasn't great, not many power points to charge devices. Unfortunately, you had to unplug the lamps which were the only lighting to charge devices. The lounge beds could have done with an umbrella for shade and also the door to go outside to the pool didn't close unless you put something in front of it to stop it opening which wasn't great for mosquitoes getting into the room.

Loved the private pool, great location. Beds very comfortable, shower pressure was great. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from!

The deep bathtub was difficult to get in. Needed a hand hold. Much preferred to shower outdoors.

The rooms are huge and the staff are very friendly and polite. Location is amazing Breakfast options are overwhelming. So much to choose from. The main swimming pool is beautiful. Lots of lounges and plenty of shade. Gardens are exquisite
