The shower and bath would be better with a walk in shower. Steps far too big to access shower. Luckily there was a shower outside to use.

Loved the location. Was lovely having our own pool. The staff were friendly. The rooms were outstanding. Very happy.

Toilet is unusual and probably not healthy as you have to have your face near the bowl whilst holding the push button. Poor design!

Not much really, bed was a bit soft but when brought to their attention it was sorted by flipping the mattress immediately

Whilst extremely clean, the bathroom was showing its age and could do with refurbishing. I was very careful as I climbed in and out of the bathtub which had the shower above it. Many places offer a separate shower which would have been appreciated. Also the water pressure wasn’t very strong, so flushing the toilet often needed 2 or 3 flushes. The staff were very friendly and helpful on most occasions until I went to check out. I had paid for our 4 nights when we checked in but the young lady on reception tried to charge me for items from the mini bar that we hadn’t touched. I refused and told her to send someone to check our room, which she did. This was an unpleasant way to leave this beautiful resort that we had really enjoyed staying at.

The gardens and pool areas of this resort felt like an oasis after being out exploring all day in the heat and humidity. Our private villa was named Ixora and it had everything that we needed for a comfortable 4 night stay, including our own circular spa. I looked forward to breakfast each morning and there was a great choice of menus…Continental, American, Indonesian…plenty of delicious fresh fruit etc. and we didn’t leave hungry! The resort is situated in a laneway that leads down to the Sanur boardwalk. Just a short walk to many restaurants, shops and of course the beach. The location was very central and not too far along the boardwalk to see the sea turtles in their conservation area. The new Icon Mall was also not too far along the boardwalk.

Not much, overall great stay!

Huge villas, lovely pool and nice private garden. The staff were very nice. We had a floating breakfast which was fun! The gardens in the resort are honestly amazing. There is also a large central pool which we didn't get a chance to use but it looked amazing too.

From the friendly and professional welcome, we felt that we’d made a good choice. Then walking through the beautiful gardens to get to our room just reinforced that feeling. The room and outside living area were spacious and more than adequate, although a little dated. It was quiet, private and a two minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was more than adequate, with many and varied options, brought to our table, not buffet style. Being a smaller resort, only 18 villas on site, it made for a quiet, relaxing holiday. As well as our own private pool, there was also a large pool set in the picturesque gardens.

The resort was starting to show its age. Having said that, it still retained a very special ambience.

We LOVED having our own, private outdoor pool, surrounded by a stucco wall and greenery, where we could cool off several times a day. The bathroom and bed were huge!
