Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Specific to my room Lack of ventilation - only small window in the toilet and window facing that hallway that remains shut for security.
Fuss free place. Hot shower. At the Main Street (convenient to head out). Lots of vehicle parking space.

I didn’t recommend you. We had to pay 250k IDR more when we arrive at the check in for no reason. The reception wasn’t kind at all. We didn’t have window in our bedroom. The humidity smell really bad. There were no bed sheets. Not a really good experience

the staff are lovely and the price was excellent but unfortunately that’s all the nice stuff I can say. The pool didn’t work and most the rooms looked completely run down and water damaged with mold everywhere. the room I stayed in was clean with no mold tho. for the price it was what I expected tho.

When I got to the hotel i had to pay an additional 134.00p rupiah. The reason why is still not clear for me. The hygiëne of the bathroom was bad. Flies on all te floor and dust/webs. There's no window in the bedroom, only one at the side of the hallway so other people can watch you from outside (if you don't close the curtains). Feels a bit cramped.
The bed was nice and soft, but the blanket way too small and thin. I was glad I was sleeping under it alone, wouldn't know how two person would fit. And no roosters in the morning waking you up, that's a plus.

No duvet on the bed, just a tiny blanket that can't fit over 2 people. Too hot without the AC, and too cold with the AC on low. Worst sleep in a long time

We had a full day of travelling and got into our room, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting (smelt horrible - there was mould all through the bathroom), there was no toilet paper. We seen there was Netflix avaliable on the tv which did not work - nor did the TV, the room was quite hot so we turned the air conditioning on and it was blowing out warm air and the only bedding was a sheet and a small blanket

I'm not happy with this hotel. I booked over booking.com and the hotel canceled my booking the same day, when I arrived at the hotel they wrote me a much higher price on a piece of paper.. super dodgy vibes. So now I have to pay more for the room and i have a cancellation fee o the price of the room from booking.com

SCAM! Property will charge you more than advertised price on booking.com and also cancel the booking when you arrive so you are charged cancellation fee. Avoid this hotel at all costs, pay a little extra down the road. This happened to 5 other guests.

honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. the receptionist was asleep and made us wait 30 minutes. AC was like a mouse blowing on my back. to top it off the whole room stunk of bleach. save your money and buy a tent

Value for money was the biggest concern. Far better hotels available nearby for a far lower price Bathroom smalled bad. Construction staryed very early morning. Bedding smelled strongly of chemical. Blanket was small, thin, old, uncomfortable.

The service was rubbish, requested a blanket and didn't give, I got sick, there was one blanket and was small, I suppose to have a room with balcony and didn't even have a window, suppose to have cleaning and nobody cleaned it, they kept the rubbish bag for days I don't recommend it at all, the service lay and they are not service oriented, no way I go back there, and the AC was not working, really bad experience

It would be nice to have a top bed sheet instead of a blanket with the powerful AC. The staff of the front desk could be more friendly and approachable.
Really big rooms, felt very clean. Very strong water pressure and hot water. Comfortable beds. Great on-site parking. All in all v good value for money.

We checked in and they gave us a room. when we arrived in the room, the room hadn’t been cleaned, we went back down and they gave us another one. same thing. the third room they gave us was “clean” however it had this horrible smell coming from the bathroom. we asked to change rooms and they told us that if we put a bit of water in the shower, the smell will go away. it didn’t help. we had to cover the shower hole with a towel to stop the smell from coming out.
