The rooms were very comfortable with excellent linen and king koil pillows and bed for an amazing night's sleep. Room service was prompt and the food was fresh although the menu was somewhat basic if your staying longer than 3 nights. The staff as always in any Balinese hotel of this standard were amazing, very helpful and just made you feel at home. The buffets on the roof top bar were a good selection of food with different themes on certain nights however it's cooled once and then when we got there not replenished quickly and all the food was cold and not so high standard, mainly catering to local people and tourists visiting with nearly all Indo food. The beeakfeast buffet was amazing with live food being cooked for guests. Check in was quick and efficient and the porters and house keeping , front off house were all fantastic. Over all a very enjoyable stay however some attention to detail needs looking at like no ashtrays provided in rooms opening to pool Level 5. Also deceptive marketing when booked an ocean view Room on Booking.Com, ocean view room with pool access was on the 1st Floor which the hotel touts as the 5th Floor so there was little to no Ocean view like the picture assigned to the room showed when booking on Booking com. To me this type of marketing is unacceptable and nearly all of the hotels do it. I would stay again not probably not over Nyepi die to the food situation. Only on a few occasions I found the music in the Rooftop Bar to be way too loud.

Excellent customer service. The staff go out of their way to make sure everything is satisfactory. They also are willing to cater for special dietary needs. Clean hotel in a quiet location. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Meals are delicious and are reasonably priced. Ocean is across the road.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our Bali trip because we wanted to be closer to the airport and this brand new charming, modern beachfront hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff are the nicest, most professional people that we met during our entire trip and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable there. We booked a room with an oceanview, but weren't expecting a violent windstorm our first night there - we asked if we could move to a quieter room and they had 2 options ready for us within a couple hours. They even surprised us with some fresh fruit and a homemade cake from their kitchen, which was so nice of them to do. My boyfriend got food poisoning at a seafood restuarant nearby on our 2nd last day and the staff arranged to have a doctor sent up to our room to treat him - he was feeling so much better the next day for our flight home and we owe it all to the staff at Platinum Hotel. The breakfast was very nice (special thanks to Dina) and while we weren't able to take advantage of the gym or the pool, they looked like excellent facilities and we're excited to try them out the next time we stay. They also did a great job on our laundry and the car they arranged for us to the airport was extremely affordable and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Bali, hopefully for longer than 3 nights because they were just that great. Suksma!

There were just a couple of odd things - nowhere to hang clothes, super slippery bathroom floors. They are Canty fixing a few things around the hotel though so that's always a good sign that they are constantly trying to improve things!

Staff were super super amazing! The rooftop bar had fantastic views and the gym was the best equipped gym I've ever seen in a hotel. Beds were also amazing, best pillows ever! Breakfast was a 7/10 - enjoyable, filled a hole but just not amazing compared to other places!

Overall, our stay was very good. The only issue is that the property seems quite old — typical of Bali buildings — with some walls blistering due to the humidity. I’d recommend regularly checking the property to ensure maintenance is kept up to date.

The staff are very nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent and delicious. The room was also very nice, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The flooring was wet and sticky due to the condensation from the sea air. (Room facing the sea). So I have to wear bedroom slippers all the time.
