The staff were mostly great but the feeling from one or two on the team was not so pleasant. The room cleaners didnt want to clean the room daily; they were eager to just drop towels.

What to say? One of the best resort I've ever stayed in! The structure is wonderful, the swimming pool has an incredible view of the panorama of Bali and swimming here at sunset was beautiful. The rooms are clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom very spacious. Structure very close to the beach which can be reached with a very convenient shuttle made available to guests in less than 5 minutes. Breakfast and dinner are always impeccable with the freshest, highest quality ingredients. The massages are exceptional, I recommend trying them!!! The girls and boys of the staff are uniquely kind, they prepared a wonderful surprise for my dad's birthday with flowers on the bed and a wonderful cake, their kindness and their smile will remain in my heart. Thank you for this stay which was perfect.

Nothing - you will not be disappointed if you stay here

Beautiful surroundings and tranquil which was ideal for relaxing. Amazing spacious rooms (one bed villa) and huge bathroom with a bath tub and separate shower. Toiletries provided and rooms cleaned everyday (we were here 3 nights) and water bottles replenished daily. We even had the local monkeys visit us on our terrace in the morning and evening which was amazing. Infinity pool was warm and loved the view. We ate in the restaurant (very reasonable) and food was great. Also at breakfast with a good choice (so not sure why others have complained). We booked relaxation massage in the morning of our departure and it was the best massage I have ever had. Private shuttle to Pandawa beach and we visited Roosterfish for dinner one evening- definitely recommend as food was amazing. About 30 minute drive to Uluwatu beach/padang Padang beach but Grab is readily available and very cheap so location not an issue for us. Overall and amazing stay with the more helpful and friendly staff - thank you Puri Pandawa we will certainly recommend you!

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Nice and peaceful resort in the heart of rural Uluwatu. Room was very big and spacious and very culturally appropriate. Also beach shuttle was very handy especially for roosterfish beach resort nearby

The staff was very nice. Our accommodations were great, conveniently located near the pool, reception, and restaurant. There isn’t much around the hotel, it’s up on a hill, but a shuttle is provided to take you to the beach, and can hire an onsite taxi to go out later. We had a good breakfast daily. It was quiet.

Location is not the best but depends what you are looking for It is 30mins away for coffee places and restaurants but at the same time it is in a quiet area which we did enjoy

The property is situated in a lovely, quiet area with lots of vegetation. Wonderful wifi and room with all necessary amenities, fridge and coffee making station. Beautiful pool with rim flow is perfect to cool off with plenty of loungers and umbrellas available. Staff very helpful and we ordered scooter from hotel at very reasonable price. Stunning breakfast and welcome drink on arrival. Hotel exactly as photos on booking.com....would definately recommend

The location was really out of the way. That was part of the appeal as it made the resort very quiet, but we did need to hire a car to be able to go anywhere.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet location, perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay here and would happily come again. The food in the restaurant was good.

You hear everything that’s happening around the resort so sleeping can be challenging if you’re a light sleeper. There could also be more food options.

I was looking for peace and quiet at the end of my Bali trip and this resort is exactly that - very peaceful. The staff is wonderful, always kind and smiling. The place is very clean and I was especially impressed by the housekeeping while I was having breakfast, so efficient!
