United KingdomThe staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant! The facilities and spa were superb. The breakfast was great the pool was big with an amazing view. Super comfy beds and luxury bed linen. Great bath and shower with lovely view. Communication from the staff before arrival was super informative and organised airport transfers for our arrival. I really can’t fault the hotel.

So many positive things I’d like to say. First of all, everyone was lovely, kind and just wonderful. I’m pregnant and everyone around us was so special. We got a room upgrade, a welcome little present and everything we could have asked and more. The breakfast was delicious, so many options in terms of food and drinks, always exceptional service. Everyone knew our name and made everything possible to us. Our flight was canceled and they offered us a late check out. We payed for breakfast and dinner included, very happy we did as the food waa delicious, amazing fresh sea food and more. Room was amazing, beautiful bed and pillows, super clean and all the facilities are amazing, no need to leave the hotel. Thank you to all the staff, we will be back.

AustraliaThe food at the same restaurant we go for the delicious breakfast, isn’t so great by the menu. We had dinner there first night and we did not like it. Pizza and chips probably safer options, but we were so disappointed with our orders. Although the resort had lots to offer, we had to go to the restaurants and some shops in Uluwatu, and I found it a bit hard to get there - they can organise taxis for you with lovely drivers - but the traffic is terrible and the time you waste to get there and back is also a bit much. Also $$.
The staff is absolutely wonderful, big thanks to the restaurant staff, the pool staff and the reception staff. They are bubbly and call you by your name after one chat, they are always happy to help - and I felt bad for not tipping them every time but just knowing that there’s 15% (or similar) surcharge on everything for service makes it even. The breakfast buffet also amazing, had so many options. The beautiful admin staff organised some romantic decor to our (free upgraded) room at our arrival as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. The pool is beautiful, the bedroom was also nice and comfy. Complementary filtered bottled water. Shuffle bus to the beach club woks on time and it’s a good thing to do.

This resort was a great experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. I loved the pools, spa and variety of activities available.
