This hotel offered excellent value of money. The room is spacious with a big terrace and top of it lots of additional activities (yoga, cycling, etc) that we can do at the hotel. The breakfast consists of continental and local buffet style and it was good. Overall, pleasant stay and would recommend this to anyone

AustraliaWe loved almost everything about our stay there, one let down was the location. It was quite far from Jimbaran beach and shops in general (the resort does provide a shuttle 3 times a day to Jimbaran beach, no return ride). Considering the distance from restaurant and shops, I thought the hotel could put more effort in raising the quality of their food in the hotel restaurant, it was just so so.
Everyone in the resort was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Each of the conversations I had with the staff exudes a kind of warmth and sincerity that is hard to find in many but the best hotels. The rooms were spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and large (I'm 6'3", and it was big even for me). The facilities and amenities were well maintained. I really enjoyed the pool, my 1yo really enjoyed playing in the kids club each morning. The breakfast buffet was not huge, but sufficient. The menu changes very slightly each day. I wasn't sick of the food by day 5. And plenty of options even for fussy kids.

SingaporeIt was expected to be a quiet place and in general it was, however sometimes there were noisy guests during the night time and there was a constant low noise coming out of nowhere (I could not find the source).
The breakfast was good enough for us, the room really specious, although the hotel needs reinvocation they still try to keep it nice. It was great for the money we paid.

Breakfast was superb, amazing choices of food and incredibly tasty! The room was very big for 3 people and overall amenities were sufficient for our stay. The pool could be cleaner, but still very nicely managed.

AustraliaWe arrived on the Monday, we asked for a room clean on the Wednesday and no one came, we left on the Friday and still no one came to restock towels and water etc in our room, even when we had requested to have this done. We had to take towels off the cleaning trolley and toilet paper also, so during our whole stay not once was the room cleaned.
The staff were amazing, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The pool area was fantastic, would definitely recommend eating here the food was excellent, the buffet breakfast had lots of variety to choose from. Rooms were very big and comfortable.
