This place is a great option if you want space for a small family without the massive price tag. It's tucked within the Novotel resort with free shuttles to the beach and it has a nice big pool. We found a nice (and much cheaper) restaurant just a short 5 minute walk from the Novotel beach club, that's great for dinner on the beach (Yasa Segara Bengiat Restoran). Also if you head out the back entrance of the Novotel resort there is a coffee shop called Pause Cafe (part of Novotel) that does great coffee and pastries for breakfast. A short walk up the road from there is a supermarket also. Enjoy!

It was absolutely amazing stay in this large and airy apartment! You can use all facilities of Novotel as swimming pool, table tennis, kids club and so on. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic place, and affordable. Over looking the pool, it is a fabulous apartment, we travelled with our son, and he had his own bedroom. Cool water provided. Amazing value. Access to Novotels beach club. Great resort. Thankyou very much to the host. We will definitely be back 😊

The Novotel staff is rude and just don't seem to like guests that stay at The Ruby.

This is a great apartment. Could do with some refurnishing because a lot of stuff is broken, but all in all definitely a good place to stay.

We don’t want to complain but just bring a few things to bring to the owners attention so to improve the experience. The air conditioning in the second bedroom didn’t work properly. Either we needed instructions or it needs servicing please. Also we could have done with dishwashing liquid and a tea towel so we could clean up after ourselves. A double adapter in the power point where the water dispenser is would be great so you can use the other appliances at the same time.

Loved the apartment, very spacious and comfortable for 4 people. Was pleasantly surprised that it was within the Novetel Resort with a lovely view of the pool. It had a water dispenser as well which was great, and for a small cost they replaced the 20 lt bottle of water. We will definitely book this apartment again.

I guess the curtains need to be replaced as it seems they can be rolled up and the lights don’t make the rooms bright enough.

The wifi is super slow! In some specific hours, the wifi does not have an internet connection at all.

The apartment is fantastic, big, neat, and super comfortable! The swimming pool is such a charm. We enjoy staying in Ruby or Novotel Nusa Dua. The staff is super friendly as well! I couldn't be happier also with the value of the price! Great stay!

wish salty water in swimming pool, if you go outside hotel all area looks dead but it's local area (Bali problem not hotel), and hard to order good food on delivery (also Bali problem not hotel), beach Nusa Dua not for swimming because water flows (also not hotel ussie).

Keys was on reception, for family it's good hotel i can recommend. yes it's apartment in hotel area Novotel. Point on google maps is not correct. Free transfer to beach, and from beach, free sunbeds, swimming pool on hotel territory. Yes in the morning because windows on pool side it's noisy children. Novotel is a great hotel within Nusa Dua. This serviced apartment is huge and has everything you and family need. Its nice location by the pool and the hotel grounds are well taken care of. We really appreciate the fabulous service and can't wait to come back.

You have full use of the Novotel facilities. Some cosmetic wear and tear from pandemic shutdown is evident but they are working on it. If you see something, let them know and they will address it. All in all we had a comfortable stay and the staff were lovely.

Beautiful facility which is doing its best to recover from the extended shutdown over the pandemic. The villa is amazing and well appointed. These are ‘Residency’ villas and are only serviced twice weekly (which was fine for us). Self contained and perfect for a couple or small family (two big bedrooms and bathrooms. The lounge and balcony were very comfortable. Traveler hack. Breakfast is not included with these rooms but the breakfast at the Pause cafe on site is amazing and very reasonable. the freshly baked croissants are amazing and the eggs (anyway) with bacon, mushrooms, cheese and tomato (AUD$9) is enough for anyone to start the day!! Great coffee too!

The beach club is not equipped with enough beach facities ... but the location is just perfect with suttle evry 15 minutes from novotel to the beach

Location is a little far from the beach, but there is a shuttle bus to the Novotel beach club. The pool towel situation is ridiculous! They don't want you to take them to the room and will even call you and hassle you at 6pm to return the towels, even though the pool isn't closed until 8pm!! Also the table tennis facility is very poor. Restaurant is super expensive!
