The breakfast was excellent. The floating experience was amazing. Delicious coffee The best pastries. I recommend the hotel . I liked the WhatsApp group for everything.

The deck was damaged with nails and bits of wood exposed. The room itself was a bit run down, dirty curtains and a leak in the back deck door that led to leaking on the lounge rug.

Having a private pool was amazing. The extra perks were very handy as the location doesn't have shops around it. The staff were incredible!!

Everyone we met were so nice & friendly, always carry a big smile on their face! Beautiful view from the suite, nice & quiet beach yet right beside Canna Beach Club. Wonderful getaway we had, thank you for your great hospitality! Looking forward to be back with our children next time! 🙏

There are certain rules with the 'all inclusive'. No alcohol before 5pm. You can't have a bottle, only a glass at a time. If you do order a bottle you are charged for it even if you're all inclusive - very strange! I made the mistake first night. Everything else was amazing.

The service, views and food were fantastic. For every night you stay you get a 'point' to use for an additional activity or event giving you opportunities to enjoy and relax. It felt as much like a retreat as a hotel, a lovely atmosphere. The staff are really lovely and can't do enough for you. We stayed in a one bed villa - big, comfortable and clean - great aircon too!

Other than the Villa we stayed in, which was great, there were parts of the property eg toilets around the pool and shower, that need a makeover. Facilities on the beach need a makeover and the beach needs to be cleaned more efficiently due to the constant rubbish and plastic that gets washed in. There were other hotels that did a better job at keeping the beach clean.

All the staff were exceptional. From housekeeping, garden staff through to reception and restaurants- all fantastic. And thank you Ekawati and Nonik for making us feel so welcome! Real professionals.

The resort is absolutely wonderful with amazing views of the sea. The grounds are well kept. The food is outstanding and the staff go above & beyond expectations. The beach is clean and water is very refreshing. Lots of sun & shaded areas to cool down and enjoy a snack. You will have full service on the beach for drinks & food. The Suite was also amazing with every detail on point. You won't go without anything during this sty here at Samabe. Ifyou find yourself in need of something outside of the resort, the customer service team will have it delivered. We ended up needing a pharmaceutical product outside of resort and it was delivered within a few hours. They will give you an app to use during your stay that allows you immediate contact for all of your needs. The response was almost immediate. We were in love with our stay and we will be back next year.

Even though I can order anything from the menu including fruit plates(unlimited of course), it would be better to cut all the fruit for breakfast like other good 5 star hotels do. Please put potato near with rice on breakfast, not near eggs outside.

Amazing, Perfect, Excellent, Awesome, Super - these words truly describes this luxury hotel. I’m jealous anyone who never been here yet and going to do this soon. The big honeymoon room has ideal wide ocean view. Highly recommend it. Staff - higher than 10 Landscape design and garden - unbelievable 10 Food - really delicious 10 Free and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks - genius decision 10 Housekeeping - 10 Beach and especially lagoon- 10 Cleanliness - 10 Personal service - perfect care 10 Breakfast- buffet and! ala carte - all unlimited. Choose one or both. In room food delivery - free, fast A lot of monkeys live on the hotel’s territory. It’s a small wonderful world on Bali. For guys: this hotel is worth every dollar spent. The hotel is generous to the guests

Not enough lighting on the shallow steps to/from swimming pool and Cristal Blue. There should be lighting on every step.

The beach is small, and not very well maintained

This hotel is a hidden gem. The 2 bedroom ocean villa has the right space and all required amenities. Perfect hotel feel and extremely friendly staff. Food is hearty, tasty and excellent quality.

nothing! it would be good to have more sun over the pool but nothing worth complaining about

AMAZING!!! the staff, the grounds, the room, the breakfast, the inclusions, the hospitality. an absolute dream! we were very surprised to see monkeys wandering here and there as well which honestly made our day! they were so cool to watch. breakfast had a huge range - buffet style and also a menu to order from too. nothing was too much trouble. our room was the samabe private pool suite which was heaven! the weather was a bit cool while we were there though and we were sad to say we didn’t get to use the pool too much as it doesn’t get a lot of sun and was a bit chilly, but that’s rare for Bali to be this cold! The butler service was so great and easy! such a quick response each time. love that they provide an afternoon tea either in room or restaurant. we’d never been to one of these style resorts where they have so many inclusions - as we normally stay places and go out and about all day but didn’t feel the need to leave here at all was worth every single penny! having so much included was great I just wish we had more time to do more as we were only there two nights love all the finishing touches they put on the room too. we came back from a night time wander and they’d been and turned down our beds and left a cute little goodnight message :) also a huge range of floaty pool toys complimentary too. I’ll definitely be back. I can’t wait!

As a drawback I would say the small pool. There are rooms in which there are no private pools and then the 4 pool tents are not enough.

The hotel is very luxurious. The staff was really kind and responsive. We had a problem with the air conditioning in the room and after they couldn't fix it they moved us to a private villa with an ocean view, for which we sincerely thank them. The food is of a high standard, anything you need or think of can be delivered to you in abundance.

The property would need a refresh. Not so much food assortment for breakfast and food offering is very limited for western palates.

The location is nice and monkeys are regular visitors here. Beach is amazing (sea is subject to tides as in all Bali)

As all Bali hotels at the beach side, there are a lot of work concerning the plastic and garbage that comes with the tide and storms.

Very authentic hotel in original Bali style. The villas that we stayed in, was large and cozy. We had great fun with the Bali monkeys that visit the hotel every day. The best thing with the hotel was the staff, they are extremely helpful, very polite and you can fell a real interest from their side, that they really want you to have a pleasant stay.

Our beach fronted Suite was outstanding and absolutely huge. The only negative comment would be that we upgraded for the plunge pool Suite but they are always in the shade and we barely used it. We appreciate not everyone wants the sun but we found ourselves using the hotel pool or the beach and could have saved a lot of money.

The staff were amazing, the food first class and after a long, couple of weeks touring, Samabe Bali Suites & Villas was the perfect place to unwind for a few days.

the dessert options were quite limited as they were mostly local desserts. it would’ve been nicer if there were cakes and other sweets

room was massive.. the service was superb! all inclusive option was definitely worth it.. their food were all oustanding.. room was cleaned twice a day, e-butler service was always swift..everything was perfect. me and my hubby enjoyed the stay.. it was what we both needed, a quiete serene place with all the services we needed to unwind and relax.. truly a place i would come back to in my future trips
