The maintenance team need to be more professional.they are slow with the response. I booked 4 rooms for me and family however mine was having problem with the ac and I wasn't having a good sleep for 3 night. Informed your front desk and I noticed they've been calling the maintenance team but to no avail.. special mentioned to Ms Finy who went an extra miles to assist and finally rectified the issues.

Breakfast's great. Easy access to everywhere around Bandung. The staff is awesome especially the front desk team. They were very professional and try to accommodate with all my request. Thank you Finy.

Facilities : said to be electric stove, but in reality nothing. Facilities are quite old, could be updated to catch up with other hotels in Bandung.

location close to Pasteur toll exit from Jakarta to Bandung, also close to places of interest in downtown Bandung. Most of all available during last minute of day 2 Idul Fitri holiday in Bandung, while all other hotels are already fully booked.

The smoking rooms impacted my room via air vents. This was awful for two nights. The pool is also used for swimming lessons. So avoid if you don't want that. It was difficult to be understood even by reception staff who sought assistance from a stronger English speaker. Taxis need to get a ticket to enter lobby entrance. This puts off some taxi riders, who cannot text in English, causing delays. Coffee shop behind did not have a working coffee machine. No evening meals in the restaurant. No bar open at night, although bottleshop over the road.

Loved the location, the breakfast buffet and the pool. On the whole, it was pleasant.

The property is a bit old. Bathroom was outdated and the kitchen was falling apart. The price was good so I accepted the state of the room.

Ahh...It is so dirty hotel with old and dirty furniture. Sheets and towels are old, gray, with many stains - poorly washed. We changed the sheet three times on the day of arrival - finally found a clean one. The hotel management is thinking about renovation. We stayed at this hotel because of the wonderful staff. Pool is not for Europians. People bathe only in clothes - according to Muslim traditions. Restoran has not many food for Europians. One day hotel was really full - too many people everyvhere.

Staff was really nice and heplpfull! They did everything we needed. Free shuttle to station. Staff is very honest and polite. Very good massages and SPA.

I request breakfast at 5 am since I need to get really for my wedding day but they failed to deliver it on time. The breakfast was delivered at 6 am.

The room unfortunately is VERY dirty in the corners, the bathroom water flow system isn't that great either that there are puddles near the door. The decorations are very outdated and old, one of the 4 pillows smelled so bad, the carpet was dirty, shower curtain stank and dirty, sound isolation is poor, lack of power outlet near the bed.

The staffs are really helpful and warm! They helped us sincerely and do their work beyond their duty, and fulfilled our requests. The room is bigger than most that we've stayed in, and the breakfast isn't bad either. However the variety does lack

Shower area water flow out to the toilet, white towels are very dirty, with stains all over. Knob for the shower can’t be turned.

We asked for a double superior room. When we got there, it was either that - without a window, or a smaller room with 2 single beds and a window. The room without the window smelled VERY musty, and we couldn't cope without a window, so opted for the 2 single beds. This was pretty disappointing. The rooms are "tired", but given what we paid for it, you can't complain too much!

The hotel looks fantastic downstairs. Large, open spaces with seating. The room was very good - but not what we asked for. Breakfast had a really good range of food. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room smell something not nice. Dusting and filthy. I got allergy first night I stay there. I'm really sorry for such a nice hotel but very poor about cleanest. Dust everywhere..seem not been clean for a long time. Curtain and sofa so filthy..
