Unfortunately didn’t like that they d allowed a very loud party to happen one of evenings so loud base music was playing until 11pm, the music did vibrate in the rooms

Lacks a bit of F&B outlets vs other properties close by. We had a few issues which were not great BUT the staff sorted them within an hour so which really you can’t ask for much more. So overall was very happy.

Great facilities, great location, lovely pool. Staff very helpful especially the butlers for the suites who really made the holiday and sorted us out so many times.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. Our plunge pool room was very dark and did not get any sun at all. There was a consistent noise (base sounds) from the adjoining beach club. Food and drinks were quite pricey and not the greatest value for money.

Staff was excellent. Accomodating and always friendly. Beautiful setting and gardens. Well maintained. Lovely pool area. Pretty beachfront setting and beachwalk. Buffet breakfast was excellent with endless food options.

Less varietywith food - same most days Needs more western food

The hotel is beautiful with French and Balinese architecture and touches. It was clean and staff always took care of insects and mosquitos spraying the hotel room. The hotel had great pools and facilities like sauna, steam room and a gym. The breakfast was good but not excellent. It had some good options but there could have been a bigger range and it was the same most days. There is a private beach and a free shuttle service to Bali Collection which is an area full of restaurants and shops. It is a gated community so it felt safe. If you are looking for a relaxing place then this is it.

The staff sometimes felt a bit pushy / that they were constantly trying to upsell you. Eg., at reception and bars.

Absolutely stunning as soon as you walk in. Well kept grounds and was always a seat available at the pool or beach.

It did take quite a while for service at times when it was busy. It is quite pricey and what you'd pay in Australian cities. When we had booked, we were told there was no guarantee for an extra bed, but they would do their best. That was giving a years notice. We did get the extra bed and it wasn't a problem but a years notice should have been enough.

We managed to get an early check in which we had requested which was really good. We stayed in one of the suites and had a superb view to the ocean. We had no issues getting beds by the pool or the beach. The beach was kept clean and the staff were great.

Breakfast is good, wifi good, pools and location excellent. Air con kept room cool nicely, and black out curtains worked well. Ideal for families.

The (too) loud music and beats coming from the beach club are a pity, especially as it is music that is not to everybody's taste. It was especially disturbing at the beach restaurant where it was nearly impossible to have a calm and quiet lunch. The beach club concept as it is now, does not fit with the hotel for me.

Beautiful hotel in Nusu Dua, with great atmosphere. The hotel grounds, garden en pool are very nice. The breakfast and dinner buffet are excellent with abundant choice. The rooms are great and have plenty of space.

It would be great to make Manaari and adult only pool/ dining location. Eg you could offer A-la-carte breakfasts there for adults only.

The staff were amazingly friendly and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a high level of cleanliness and the meals, pool area and cocktails superb. Loved the location too.

everything is a bit old and it is time for renovation. The pool is shallow and not very inviting for swimming

Breakfast was great. Pool is great at Bar end; however slide needs to be bigger for the older kids. So maybe new slide in the deep pool where all the kids seem to go anyway.

Bedding was a bit less comfortable and more hard compared to the bedding in other Sofitel hotels.

All what you can expect from a sofitel hotel. Very nice and stylish hotel, with great service. Very nice and quiet rooms. Pool area is enjoyable. Good gym. Very easy to get to when arriving in Bali, so perfect for the first or last couple of days of a holiday.
