A lot of arrogant travellers seemed to all be from India and China. Makes it very hard to obtain breakfast because they push in and have zero respect for waiting their turn. I waited 20 minutes for an omlette because the man cooking simply "forgot".

The food was ok. There was often miscommunication with staff and the staff seemed a bit young and untrained e.g. there were 3 young people who came to deliver 2 dishes room service and they dropped items and were a bit giggly, albeit applogetic. One of the staff members tried to sell tours from their friend whilst taking our bags to our room, which made us a bit uncomfortable.

The bathroom needs upgrading. The safe is light and not nailed to the floor or wardrobe so can easily be taken out of the room hence it's not safe.

Sadly, many things. Our room did not match the pictures and descriptions on the website (a lot smaller, no outside bathroom, the shower is impossible to use without getting everything wet). In general the room is old, in need of a renovation, the beds are old. Breakfast is nice, but expensive, especially compared to other places. For lunch and dinner, the selection is limited and in general the food was not very good. But in general, the largest problem is that most of the staff barely speaks English, so when there are issues it is very difficult to get these resolved. Not an expensive place to stay, but most disappointing that it does not match the pictures on the website.

The general facilities in this resort are great, beautiful pool and beach view with helpful staff.

Great stay. The whole resort is a peaceful place where to spend good time and relax. The pool is right in front of the beach where you can enjoy awesome sunsets. The room was spacious and clean. Very recommended

No ladder or steps in back pool, couldn’t use it at all and had a room opening on to it. Soap/shampoo dispenser is about 8 feet away from shower 🤷‍♀️

No creamer for tea and coffee in the bedroom and no conditioner in the bathroom.

There is definitely a wow factor as you approach the hotel. The Reception and the hotel grounds are beautiful. The staff are very warm, welcoming and helpful and the overall ambience of the place is relaxed and calm. The bed was super comfy. Overall, I had a lovely time here.

Cats and dogs roam around the restaurant which can be very unhygienic.

Central location and the path that lead into the beach. There's always someone at the beach ready to take you to watch the dolphins in the morning or snorkeling in a clear water.

The cleaners were a little noisy while working. My bathroom was not very nice. The pillows were way to high.

Being right on the beach, the restaurant was great , good real coffee 😁 the staff were wonderful.

The room was smaller than advertised, and you heard everything. Next time I come, although the view is beautiful, I will request a room not right by the pool.

The place and gardens were beautiful. Loved to dine over looking the ocean. You can get the dolphin boats right here on the beach and it has beautiful sunsets.

The cleanliness of the room and toilet was bad where i found many dust on table, floor and toilet. Room facilities need to improve and maintenance. We found our main door lock abit loose and need to use key to lock/open and sometimes was hard to open looks like stuck. Curtain on the balcony need to wash, there was many stains and fungus on it.

Spacious room with balcony close to the pool and garden. My family love the environment of the garden where looks traditional, beautiful and comfortable.
