Poor facility. Parking is a bit difficult. But the room service is fabulous. We tried apple pie, spaghetti, chicken steak and banana fritters. All exceeding our expectations. The apple pie is one of the best we ever tried. Perhaps the ice cream could be more elevated. But the rest is the best.

The layout of the main restaurant and the location of the swimming pool

The room is nice, modern except for part of the ceiling is not good look (too warehouse look) Bed and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is average (the table setting is weird, no cutlery set on the table and it looks like the table setting for a function instead of sitting down breakfast style) not sure if it was because during Ramadhan. All the staff are nice, friendly and helpful The location is great. Overall we had an enjoyable 2 nights stay and it was also a surprise short stay for my birthday organised by my husband. If you don’t know the area it might be difficult to get around by foot (limited sidewalks).

Great breakfast with a variety of local and foreign options. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Friendly and hands on staff. Inroom dining was delicious and quick to arrive. Our shower didn’t drain, but the staff fixed it immediately! Location near to many eating and shopping areas.

The room is too dark at night as the lighting is not bright enough. Checked with the receptionist, no standing lamp available to be provided. I would have rated 10 if it is not because of the darkness in the room.

I used booking and, as requested, I prepaid the room. At check out, I asked for an invoice of my stay. No way. They told me that 'as I used booking, I shall get an invoice from booking'. Which is nonsence as booking.com does not handle invoices, as they do not sell the rooms. Long story short: I had to leave the hotel without an invoice so I cannot proof of my stay to my employer. Which is a serious issue for me.

Nice, friendly welcome from the staff, as usual in Jakarta. Room ok, larger than average. Furniture a little tired. Very confy bed with choice of pillows. Good air con. Location is ok. But note that there is nothing to do nearby. If you are on your own.... it will not be easy.

The soundproofing of the rooms isn't that great, so it's just something to take note. Book your ride early because its takes a while for the driver to navigate in.

We had a wonderful stay at The 101 Hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, especially Imron and Rizkho, who greeted us every time they saw us. The hotel is located right next to a mall, which made it easy to find food. However, it's a small mall with only a few eateries and a supermarket for amenities, so don't expect a large shopping center. The bedroom was standard but clean, with fluffy pillows for a good night's sleep. The location is not too far from the city center but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle. They also had a great outdoor dining area where we could relax during the evenings. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it for anyone on a tight budget.

In-house facilities like gym and pool are not that great. Some sound issues with walls as loud commotion can be heard outside and in neighbouring rooms.

Situated in a mall with access to ATMs, cafes, restaurants, shopping mart and alcohol stores. Location is pretty reasonable with walking distance to some fast food places, further out is Block M, a large mall for food courts and better shopping. Beds are comfortable and showers are pretty amazing and clean.
