United StatesI was so looking forward to using the automatic pancake machine. Was sad to see it gone, but understood the reason.
This was our second time at the Best Western in Palmyra, NY, and it was again a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was great, we wanted for nothing during our stay. This hotel is located between our family members, very convenient. It was very cold during our visit so was very pleased that the heater kept the room nice without it constantly running.

United StatesI didn't like the people in rooms next to us or near to us slamming doors very loudly several times on a couple of nights. Thank God they quieted down by 10:00 so we could sleep! The table I used for my computer was very small; I had hoped for a regular-sized desk. Mostly, we didn't like the room not being cleaned for four days (on the first day, we neglected to put the right notice in the door). When I walked down the hall to mention it to the cleaning lady, she told me she was understaffed. I asked her for some towels and other things to take back with me. The room was not cleaned the next day, either. Even if we request it, it seems the room is only cleaned on the first day that people move in.
We liked the breakfast. We didn't know if there was variation from day to day (is it always scrambled eggs and sausage?) I really liked the great wi-fi and great TV and channel selection! We liked the very comfortable bed. The staff was also courteous, and the accommodations were well kept up.
