The food in the restaurant wasn’t great and the communication around what bottled water was complimentary wasn’t clear so I got charged $100+ when I checked out.

The villa was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The furniture around the pool was also good.

The only thing that could improve this would be a lock on the bathroom door. As the bathroom has a space that’s open to the elements, it should have a secure lock. Otherwise - one of the most beautiful places in Bingin. I cannot fault the space. It is just beautiful

The room was spotless and beautifully presented. It smelt clean and fresh, the bed was extra big and they even made a bed for my son without prompting. The view was the pool with large glass doors that slid open, towels and amenities provided. The breakfast was a lot of food, I wish I’d felt more hungry!! Hand made natural soaps and shampoos. Some restaurants down the road and a shop. The staff were so lovely and attentive. Only stayed for one night after being at a 5 star resort on the beach. Honestly, the detail and service of this place was better- highly recommend

Loved that it was small and friendly. It is very nicely designed around the pool area. The staff really make this place a great place to stay as they are very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent with a good choice of dishes.

This hotel worth to be 5* hotel. Everything from staff, food, atmosphere is great here. First they meet you with welcome drinks, which you can choose from main drink meniu. Also breakfast all day is very good idea. The view from your room is wonderful. The restaurant with great and healthy options and musical evenings. They have spa, motorbikes rent and great staff, which are ready to help with whatever you desire.

The staff were so helpful and friendly! The place was beautiful and the facilities were great. It was very clean and the restaurant was great. The inclusive breakfast was plentiful and yummy. The bike hire was very easy and convenient. The location was good. I will 100% stay again, I was really sad to leave the hotel.

The staff was fantastic. I arrived around 2am and was so happy to see there was a complimentary sandwich and juice in the room in case I was hungry. Perfect! The hotel is gorgeous, great food and amazing service. Very comfortable room.

sadly there is a lot of construction in Uluwatu in general - there was some noice starting at 8/9 am the check-in didn't work smoothly - we had to wait 2 hours and they didn't even offer an extra drink/small food plate as an excuse juices were not freshly made - smoothis and fresh juices were disappointing

This isn’t a spa hotel. There is a room available and an outside masseuse can be arranged to come in and provide the listed treatments which is something I think could be clearer on the website

Beautiful boutique hotel in Uluwatu. Generous and kind staff who are so attentive. The room is fabulous with all facilities provided! The pool is lovely and quiet - it is perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is excellent.

It is not the closest place around Uluwatu main touristic places, restaurant and so. It is close to some beaches, but all of them demand going down and up several stairs. Still, getting cars in 5 minutes you can get to most places there.

Great staff in the hotel, they really have the mindset of giving you the best experience possible. The hotel restaurant is delicious, for breakfast and for other meals

Our deluxe room was at the very end of the hotel property, which required taking some small stairs to get there. It was fine, but didn't feel the most secure for a child to walk through at night.

Outstanding food, service and property. We had breakfast and several dinners and lunches there. The property is so beautiful you are tempted to stay and not even leave the hotel!

There is currently a construction site going on down in front of the two lowest bungalows which have the best view. I advise to check with the hotel what’s going on at the moment. I had the feeling that the upper rooms were a lot less affected.

The Elementum is a small hotel with only 9 rooms which creates a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Every room has its own bungalow, the whole property is extremely clean and well maintained and the crew is outstanding! Always very friendly and helpful.

The fact that the bathroom was half open wasn't the best idea in our opinion - speacially when Bali is full of bugs (we found a big one and had to deal with it). In addition to that, we were located near the resutrant, which made it feel even less comfortable. In general, there is no reception for the hotel, and you are sleeping in a restaurant, which makes it not a very quiet and intimate place.

The staff was very kind and helpful, you can rent a scooter from the staff. The food was good, the room was clean, the bed was big and comfortable, and the room had enough space for a couple. The pool is very nice and is a great point to sit and have a drink.

The water from the open rain shower in the Suite was spraying out instead of straight down getting water everywhere.

The sea view from the Suite and Deluxe Rooms is fabulous. The Suite was spacious with plenty of comfortable seating on the private deck. The Deluxe Room was clean and well-designed with a beautiful large open bathroom. I was able to fully relax by the gorgeous infinity pool while reading my book and enjoying some delicious cocktails. The restaurant meals were divine with plenty of vegan options and happy hour everyday between 3 and 7pm. And the staff were amazing - always smiling, attentive and very helpful. They really make the Elementum special.

Not enough sun beds. Like 2 with umbrellas only and people hog them all day long as not enough provided, need more. Staff seem more profit driven then service driven. Food was average unfortunately.

It’s in a slightly secluded location which is a plus and a negative - it’s quite a long walk anywhere if you don’t want to get a car or hire a scooter.

The hotel is beautiful, with lovely rooms and a great infinity pool, which is normally quiet during the day! The staff are the real high point though - they are so helpful and friendly and made a point of greeting me by name every time which was lovely!
