We stayed here with a group of 8 people. We all liked this hotel. It is very clean, the personnel is hospitable. I was surprised by the AC in the bathroom. It is really great to go out from the shower being fresh and not sweaty. I would recommend this hotel to others, and will stay here next time in Nusa Dua. The location of this hotel isn't the best, but still good. The beach is 5 minutes of walk.

Walking distance to beach, close to Nusa Dua restaurant complex/shops…beautiful room, very clean, amazing staff…really the staff stands out. Also a great rooftop pool and restaurant (the food is amazing at Roost). I’m very picky when it comes to mattresses and pillows. The bed is huge but it’s really 2 mattresses stuck together. So not comfortable. And the pillows could be refreshed.

The provision of a balcony at the ground floor which had plants in my face. Made it a little pointless for me to pay extra for. And glass bottled water with metal caps that have no opener to open with was annoying.

Just a 3min walk away from a supermarket, and a couple more min walk to the beach! Instead of being on the sand with the crowd, you get a rooftop infinity pool with happy hour cocktails served by the nicest of staff. Kudos to all the attentive staff upstairs 👏

I didn’t love the pool as I had expected. It was quite small and in the heat of the day a bit much. It lacked the privacy and ease I wanted.

Bedrooms were huge, comfy, clean. The gym’s also quite spacious and even got a free weight bar. Breakfast was pleasant and I enjoyed the balcony that overlooks some green areas. Also like how it’s close to Jimbaran for a nice seaside sunset dinner.

Excellent value, just a short walk from the beach but more affordable than the big resorts while still offering huge and very comfortable rooms. Good restaurant. Not too much noise from the busy street nearby, seemed quite well shielded, that was a nice surprise.

Towels looked old, some stains on bedding sheets. Battery was dead in the TV remote, water bottles were not replaced the second day (we had to call to inquire about the water and battery which was replaced promptly). Proximity to the beach.

Service was great with very nice, enthusiastic, helpful staff throughout the hotel, including the security outside. One female staff member even came up to us to return change from the previous night's dinner at breakfast. But we told her it was ok, it was a tip. The food was really good from the restaurant, and it came promptly.

The staff are all so friendly, and go out of their way to look after you.the Hotel is a five minute walk to the beach. The infinity pool on the roof is a wow. Great breakfast. Enormous rooms. Highly recommended!

Regarding the location: it's a more expensive part of Bali and it's not easy to find great warungs in this area. The warungs we found were very expensive (minimum double the prices even for local dishes) and pretty average compared to the rest of Bali. But maybe that was just our luck.

The reception lady was a true gem, such a nice lady! She always made sure that we were comfortable and fixed some small issues in the room very fast! Nice welcome drink, comfy and huge bed, lovely pool, good gym! It was quiet and peaceful. It's not far from the airport, which is very convenient.

Please book deluxe room before 2-3 days you come. Because if you have the last room the view could not on the river.

The door wasn't sound proof so we could hear people walking up and down slamming doors at all hours.

Friendly staff, lovely and welcoming. Walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Nice view from the rooftop restaurant. Comfortable bed and extremely clean. Also environmental protection is a priority which is great to see.

Only 5 sunbeds around the pool for a hotel which has 110 rooms. Restaurant food quality quiet poor and drinking stock levels bot.monitored so ran out of alot of things. Gym is poorly equipped.

Hotel has everything you need to relax and unwind. From the most comfortable beds in the world, to fantastic food on their rooftop restaurant. Would recommend for a short stay and for older groups of people not wanting the hustle and bustle of bali.

WiFi in my room is a little shaky. The IT guy helped me with my connection problem due to a software issue on my laptop. He was professional and resolved the issue fairly quickly. However the next day i still found the WiFi to be a little slow and unsteady. Perhaps because my room was far down the hallway.. Also no rack to hang my wet clothes on the balcony. Breakfast? Skippable;) But those aren't big issues. Overall a great place to stay in!
