The food was legitimately the best i had in Indonesia. Also the roof top restaurant is well worth a visit and the food was amazing there too. My brother was serenaded with song, bed decorations a cake for his birthday.

There is nothing we didn't like, the only thing to mention is that the price is a bit higher than in other areas of Bali, but that's probably because Nusa Dua is generally overpriced.

The main reason we enjoyed our stay was the staff. The entire team, whether it was reception, housekeeping, or breakfast staff, we always were received with a smile, and they were very accommodating to our requests. They even remembered the birthday of one of us and sang happy birthday with a cake during breakfast without us requesting it. The location is also convenient for the area. The room and facilities were kept quite clean. The room was very comfortable overall.

The properties design, the rooms, the pool and rooftop area are very beautifully designed and it is exceptionally clean. The hotel also has a great spacious lobby, a great gym and a coffee station with bean bags to lounge in. But most impressive was that every single staff member and the General Manager Mr. Fadjri D. Roesman were extraordinarily welcoming, attentive, warm-hearted, helpful and simply amazing. They made my mom and I feel like being at home, so we kept extending our stay, as it was hard to ever leave. Emotionally very touching was for me, that the General Manager Mr. Fadjri D. Roesman really helped us when my mom needed unfortunately a surgery during our stay (due to an accident prior, but her condition worsened). Mr. Fadjri D. Roesman would never let us take even one single taxi but drove my mom and I every single time to the hospital and picked us up. He even made sure we have everything we needed in terms of food and drinks while waiting for hours in the hotel in between. When my mom was released be the hospital they surprised her with a welcoming decoration placed onto the hotel bed, „welcoming her back home and wishing her a fast recovery“ - written in German, how thoughtful and beautiful :) I will never ever forget this very special stay and the friendship that resulted from it. Thank you The Nest Hotel Nusa Dua and every single staff member for an unforgettable stay and your lovely personalities. I hope to see you all again in the nearest future.

This is just FYI - the beach accessible from here is not the main beach. However the nearest beach has fancy eateries with swimmable spots. The main beach is a 10-15 mnt drive very easily reachable too.

Rooms were very comfortable and as expected, great breakfast, very warm and helpful staff, easily accessible by cabs, very close to the beach.

Restaurant 0/10 Do not use the restaurant, we had an awful experience. We had already seen bad reviews but thought how bad could it be? Answer: Very. Solution: Go to Urban Seaside! Drinks at the bar by the swimming pool also very overpriced compared to local bars.

Hotel 10/10 Perfect location; stay within a 5 minute walk of the beach without having to pay the premium. We stayed at the hotel and found it cheaper to do so and then pay for a day pass every day at The Westin. From speaking to others, the rooms are a lot nicer, larger and modern at The Nest that many three times the value along the beach. Staff (except the restaurant) all absolutely wonderfull, attentive and friendly.

Not much not to like. If I was to pick on anything it would be the balcony light which stays on for 'security' purposes. A little annoying but minor as the blinds block out most of the light. Also beach is a 5-7min walk. Nothing to dislike but something to be aware of.

Staff were very friendly, facilities were nice, room was a good size, bathroom was a large size as well as the shower area. Rooftop is their differentiator. Infinity pool with a bar behind it and a nice restaurant providing traditional food along with western options. Breakfast was also pretty decent and the welcoming on arrival felt warm and genuine. Overall it's a very nice place to stay and great value for money.

There was a small coming from the toilets kind of like sewage from the lake outside. Food was way more expensive compared to the outside so it’s kind of better to order food from the restaurants outside instead of the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was sorted out as per request l and very quick. I requested to have a birthday set up with flowers and they delivered fully.
