Tv reception and wifi (0.5 to 2.5 Mbps) was poor in our room. Balcony was very small, one seat and an ashtray. The higher numbered rooms on each floor would have best views of the mangroves. Rooms at the front of the hotel could be noisy due to traffic on main road, which you have to cross to get to the beach. Glass panels around the rooftop infinity pool need cleaned (the whole point of an infinity pool is to enjoy the view, difficult when you can't see the view).

Good location on the border of Nusa Dua and Tanjung Benoa. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good choice and quality of food at breakfast, and the Dracula fries as an afternoon snack are to die for. 😆 Rooftop restaurant overlooking the mangroves. I loved the room layout and decor, excellent mix of materials and neutral colours, and did I mention the huge bed? Oh, and the price.

Unfortunatly the breakfast was moved to an indoor room on the third floor, which was noisy and not very nice. The black coffee they served tasted chlorin and was lukewarm. If you wanted another coffee form the coffeemachine, you had to pay extra. The balcony was very small and had only one small chair. There was no drying rack for wet clothes.

Roof top terraze was nice, and the first day when we stayed at the hotel, they served the breakfast there.

Our room was pleasant & well equipped, but a little small comparing to the others we've stayed in - but in fairness about the size of a typical "western" hotel room in any "western" city.

We decided last minute to stay in Nusa Dua to check out the area. The Nest was available, and for a decent price. The staff were lovely & friendly. The hotel was quite tastefully decorated. Our room was pleasant & well equipped, but a little small comparing to the others we've stayed in (but in fairness about the size of a typical "western" hotel room in any "western" city). Breakfast was nice. We had a very short stay, so we didn't use the hotel's rooftop pool or terrace. The hotel is almost on the beach (just across the road and a couple of minutes walk away).

I would have like more Balinese food on the Roost menu, which was top heavy with euro-centric food choices. Also the safe in the room was lovely but not secured to anything in the wardrobe!!!

The Nest provided me a nest while attending a conference. The room was clean and tidy and the bed huge and comfy.The staff could not have done more for me during my stay, even stopping the traffic when I crossed the road. Pool on the roof and the beach 5 mins away and the conference centre 15 mins walk away could not have asked for a better location. Excellent food on site and good restaurants close by.

The hotel is quite central in the Nusa Dua area. The staff helps you with arranging motorbikes and the location it is easy to explore the area.

they have a renovation on the 5th floor and there are some construction works done between 10 ish and 3 pm. They did inform me about it at the time of checking in, but still I would prefer not to have to listen to the construction sounds

Nothing except that the menu offered at the restaurant (the Roost) was very limited and a little bit overpriced. The taste of the food could also be improved, I think a little bit more salt and seasoning would be nice. Otherwise no complain and the staff are very very friendly, so it's still kind of nice.

Stayed 3 nights for a long weekend vacation, I booked one deluxe room for my mom and one suite room for me, my husband and our daughter. Overall, we are very satisfied with the size and cleanliness of the premise. Mind you, the hotel is not so close to the beach, but not a problem if you rent a car or motorbike to travel around. The building felt new, every corner in the hotel was well decorated, rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very warm and friendly as well. The Roost cafe where we had breakfast was also very well decorated and had a really nice vibe as it was located at the rooftop. Unfortunately we did not have the chance to try out the swimming pool, but as it was also located at the rooftop, the view must be amazing. Parking was not a problem, even though we came during long weekend holiday. I was informed by the reception that there's construction ongoing at the premise, but we didn't hear any noise throughout our stay.

The rooftop reataurant is a bit overpriced, the bathroom has a strange smell for a few seconds when using and the rooftop pool would be better without the safety plastic wall.

The staff is extra kind, they really care about the guests. The welcome drink, ice cream for the kids and magic towel are an unexpected extra. The pool, the gym are all nice. Breakfast with live cooking, shuffle bus to the so called Bali Collection local shopping and restaurant centre. (also good for waterblow and geiger beach, which is nearby)
