Rooms were comfortable and clean. The service at dinner on the roof top was not that great, it was hard to order food, no one would come to the table, some of the food came out wrong. The breakfast buffet was okay, the location was close to the conference centre which was good. Overall it was a good stay.

the hotel gave me the wrong bed and when I requested a different set up, the only room they gave me was next the lobby which I declined and said I was going to book another hotel if the couldn’t accommodate what I had booked. I booked another hotel and then they didn’t tell me they could upgrade until this was already done the next day. I believe they lied about this to not refund my money. I wouldn’t stay here at all!

Breakfast needs a little improvement on the layout bench space seems to be too small for the ease of selecting cut up fruit and the selection of tropical fruit could be better also cereal choices need to be expanded

mosquitoes are too much. got bitten by mosquitoes only 3 minutes after entering the room.
staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities are good, with many and different types of sockets for your computers mobiles to plug in. Air conditions are not facing the bed so that you don’t feel the cold breeze directly blowing your skin. lots of sunshine in balcony, swimming suits got dried just during breakfast time.

The bar/restaurant and pool at the roof is pretty exposed for wind and bad weather, amazing during good weather. the breakfast was a bit unclear, like a mix of a la carte and buffet

we ordered food on the rooftop restaurant, the burger was cold and the mosquitoes ate more of it than me. We also found a bit of plastic in our chips which was really a shame as the rest of our stay was brilliant.

The food of the restaurant was really expensive and didn’t have many options for vegetarians/vegans. breakfast was pretty poor in compare to other places for the same money. the balcony had the light on during the nights and even asking in reception to turn it off, they said it was for security. you could here a bit the noise from the hallway into the room.
The place was modern and in a good location to know the surroundings. the staff was nice and the room service as well. very good gym if you like to work out.

The receiptionist is shady. We agreed in a price if I extend for one more week but the next day he changed the sum and pretended that I misunderstood his words. Cheap trick. I left. I do not recommend because of the staff!

during our stay, it was two other external meetings happened at hotel G20 and another one, this caused lots of noises,traffics and not having rooms for our extended stay

This hotel is not beachfront and it is impossible to rent a lounger or sun umbrella,as indicated in the description, so if you are booking for a beach stay, please don't book this one. The restaurant is absolutely terrible - there wasn't a single meatless option on the menu + breakfast was similar. No cakes or anything sweet on offering at all or a simple toast with jam. Maintenance not thought through - I got bath robes locked on the hangers, bottles with no opener, only to be advised it's installed on the sink in my bathroom? The location is impractical and far from everything but other resorts - there is no shuttle unlike in the nearby hotels.
The staff is great, especially Marta at the reception, and the hotel is clean, the pool is great in the evenings.

There isn’t much space by the pool and very few sun beds so you have to be quick.
Very clean and tidy hotel. Close to the beach. Very helpful staff, Angga at reception helped us with booking our cruise to Nusa Penida and the hotel has also provided us with free luggage storage while we stay on the island.

Loved the friendly service, cleanliness and the view. Walking distance to the beach and a convenience store right around the corner. Breakfasts were great, too.

Not too close to the beach or other central areas. Rooms aren’t sound proof so you can hear people walking around. Was woken up by people moving furniture around upstairs.
