AustraliaRoom needs a freshen up and attention to cleanliness. Drinking Water Supply needs to be increased and is the local water safe to drink... No in room advisory. PowerPoints' don't meet requirement... Can`t plug the hair dryer into the bathroom socket and hard to find a place to plug the jug in.
American breakfast was great, coffee good and fruit very nice. Rana was very friendly and engaging, got us to the airport on time Pity he could not have been available to drive us to dinner as you cant really walk to the beach from this location.

IndiaThe Wi-Fi is very bad. The cleaning staff do not do their job seriously, we had to stand next to them and get the cleaning done or else they just finish the job in 2 min and run away.
The property is located on the main road to Jimbaran-Ulawatu. Nusa Dua is just 10 min by scooter. Uluwatu is around 15 min ride. The rooms are big and well maintained. AC does its job, bed is comfortable. I had an Ocean view room, though the sea is far but you can still see it. The guy in the restaurant Mady is a very friendly person, all the staff is very welcoming. The roof top restaurant is a good place to sit at during sunset and sunrise. The Hotel arranged scooter at a decent price, free parking is available.

AustraliaThere was only one power outlet in the entire room. We paid extra for sea views. Don't waste your money. The pollution was so bad, we couldn't see a thing. The balcony was small, couldn't use it. The main view was of old building materials. The room was sterile. Lots of plants in the common areas, but unfortunately all PLASTIC. There was no water refill station.
Breakfast was the usual fare. The room was spacious & clean. The pool was clean & well maintained. Staff very helpful & friendly. All could speak English.

Staff bend over backward to help, so kind. This is a nice oasis set back from a busy road. Rooms are bright and spacious with seating area, fridge. Rooftop made it all worth it (restaurant there). Rooms seem to face either toward back, with distant sea view, or to front which looks over pool and faces toward the busy street. Pool is huge and refreshing. Nice to have a balcony. They delivered food to our room. Good menu with pictures, all was delicious. Spa on premises with a variety of massages, wink. Supermarkets 10-min walk.
