This property was one of our best stays. It was a great experience with a lot of amazing things. One of the biggest properties I have ever been at and also one of the most amazing. It is exactly as you see in the photos. The staff are amazing and helpful. They meet your needs at all times. The pool and beach were fantastic. Our own room was huge, clean and up to high standards. We had our own pool access from the room, which was very beautiful. The breakfast buffet was super great, nothing I have ever seen before. It had everything, a lot of options and choices. It tasted great too.

United KingdomWhilst the hotel rooms are huge and very comfortable, I did feel they are outdated especially when we are paying £600 a night The rooms decor is fine as it’s more traditional, but amenities are old, tvs don’t have streaming or connectivity ability which makes them unusable unless you want to watch the international news. Huge number of light switches made it complicated to turn off lights! And the rooms needed some general renovation (sinks had cracks, walls had been badly patched up with plaster, floorboards in our shower for example wobbled and made it difficult to use. WiFi was poor throughout the hotel, with little to no access at pool and beachside constantly. The beds by the pool are also very outdated and worn, they need updating. Generally food was very good - but again the pool and beach restaurant was poor. They do not list all ingredients on the menu, so several times food turned up with other items when I specifically asked if they came any different (such as nuts as I am allergic). It took a long time and turned up being inedible as they had not stated on menus nor when asked there was nuts. The food was returned and taken off the bill but it was a faff. Other restaurants were well staffed, food beautiful and also many options!
Hotel and grounds are beautifully decorated and well kept. The staff were really welcoming and friendly and could never do enough for you, particularly at Bejana restaurant. Breakfast is brilliant and the grounds are beautiful!

After an awful experience in the sofitel got stolen and threatened u can read a detailed review in TripAdvisor i ileft even though i have 6 remaining night i left to ritz carlton Everything from check in to check out all the staff were amazing and helpful specially Mr Ale from head management sorry if i spell it wrong take a good care of me and always asking about my stay i extended my stay from 6 night to 14 night the room was spacious and spotless clean the resort was amazing i spend all the time in the resort.

Switzerland-despite the quality of the service I found it too expensive in some extras likewise the shuttle service from airport, bag delivery to my next hotel and massages which were 4-5 times higher compared to what other 5stars resorts offer.

PolandThe beach is terrible. We picked the hotel because my mum wanted to be on the beach and we never went to the sea. It’s not hotel’s fault, they have staff cleaning the beach daily yet there is so much garbage and seaweed we didn’t swim in the sea.
The staff is all very helpful and charming. The food is great, good choice for breakfast, rooms are huge and the housekeeping staff is fantastic.

The room was better than I expected and the staff were the best service I have ever had. I never felt like I was an important guest as much as you made us feel. Especially when my daughter hurt her ankle you checked in on her several times and even sent her some complimentary dessert to make her feel better.
