Very crowded and typical European resort issues like people reserving pool chairs all day without actually using them.

We loved everything

The resort was Amazing. The staff, the facilities, the service and the location were exceptional. Pools were both amazing with lots of great meal and drink choices. Beautiful sunset views every night. Located in the heart of Seminyak and a 10-15 minute walk to all the shops and beautiful restaurants. You can also walk to many great bars and restaurants along the beach. The buffet breakfast was delicious with many choices and variety. We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to return. Thank you to all the amazing staff ♥️

We loved staying here in Seminyak for our honeymoon. The hotel decorated the room when we arrived. We stayed in the independent building across the road and it was no issue. Staff are so lovely and friendly and are eager to ensure you have an amazing stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous and grand and the pool area is beautiful. The infinity pool overlooking the beach is simply amazing. The prices to eat at the pool are your normal prices and the food and drinks have a variety of choice to accompany your pool day. You are given towels and it was peaceful. The pool has different levels of deep allowing you to decide if you want to swim or chill. The hotel room itself is spacious, clean and modern. The hotel gave us adapters on request. The black out curtains allow you to sleep in despite the sun. Location - there are lots of good places to eat nearby such as Ku De Ta and other places like La Plancha are easy to get to by simply walking along the beach. It’s also not far from potato head beach club and if you want a day trip to Canggu that’s also perfect! You can walk into the centre of seminyak or get a grab scooter which will not cost much. We had breakfast every morning which was delicious. A range of options and also you can choose to order (I have avocado on toast most days) options such as an omelette, poached eggs on toast etc. There’s cereals, fruits, traditional Indonesian food as well as pain au chocolates and continental. There are specials which change each day - iced lattes and food options - I had the iced caramel latte and hazelnut latte - both were delicious. I would 100% recommend staying here. It was true bliss. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great and amazing beach resort. The whole staff and management are so nice, professional and accommodating. They made our stay wonderful and relaxing. It’s in a great location. The whole facility and rooms are always clean. Food, drinks and pool are spot on. Cintya and Desi (front desk) are superb, as well as the other staff.

Have never had a really good coffee in a Bali hotel. The barista made coffee here wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. Maybe we Australians are just fussy when it comes to coffee.......

From the minute we arrived we were met with friendly staff, a lovely hotel and beautiful villa with our own private pool. Breakfast was great, lots to chose from with different options each day. Really enjoyed our stay.

The room had a slight stale smell due to the Aircondtioning but there was a humidifier in the room which helped.

The staff are all incredible - particularly the front of house staff and pool staff.. and breakfast staff - Infect everyone is so incredibly professional and efficient!

Amazing facilities, beautiful property with the most amazing staff. The food was outstanding and the service was incredible. I have stayed here before and will always come back as this is the most beautiful place in Seminyak with the most friendly team working there. The staff were amazing and so attentive and greated us by our names every day. . Probabably one of the best hotels i have stayed at. The hotel had everything we needed. Pool on the beach. The girls played in it none stop and then ran down to make sandcastles on the beach. We could watch them from our pool lounges while drinking cocktails :) Only a few minutes walk down/up the beach there are numerous clubs and restaurants to dine, have drinks at. Walking out of the hotel your in a great area to shop and eat/drink at some cheaper restaurants(Waroeng Bernadette is great) Seminyak is known for being a little more pricey on shopping with a mix of higher end shops and your typical local stores but its easy to get a cab (cheap) to Kuta if you're really wanting a bargin. This was our first proper family holiday with our two children 5 & 8 years who loved every bit of it. My wife is already booking flights to come back next year.

i loved the buffet breakfasts and sampled everything - caters for all different nationalities The infinity pool has a great view of the ocean. There were also lounges for me to sit at - some places i've been overseas have the pool full. It was peaceful. I went in June. The room is spacious with lovely balcony and view of grounds. Because this resort is near the ocean it is not too hot and stuffy to be here in Bali. Nice spa although not cheap friendly staff
